Bad
The rooms I booked got cancelled. Although they provided some other accommodation but what is the point of booking online and getting other rooms. I booked from Germany that's the reason the amount was to be paid at the hotel. I contacted the staff like the number of times and they confirmed to me that the hotel is booked but when I reached my family another hotel was provided which I found inappropriate
Bad
Booking cancelled when I reached hotel to check in. The staff says me that my booking not confirmed.
