The hospitality was excellent, the aesthetics unique and I would highly recommend it to traveI had very positive experience. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. And I will definitely stay there again. everyone. it's an amazing environment with great hospitality. I also prefer this. The staff are so cooperative with the best gesture.

I recently stay in EAST VIEW H HOTEL . My room was spacious, Clean and well decorated. staff was very friendly attentive and went above to ensure my stay was comfortable.Place was very good near to GHATS, manikarnika ghat & there are many good place to eat and also property provide best local food.

The hotel is suitable for all kinds of travelers. Quiet, well-maintained, and with good facilities. A great choice! The comfort and service provided at this price are excellent. Would definitely recommend for budget travelers!

I loved the location. Set at the banks of Maa Ganga ..all temples closeby, including Kalbhairav mandir and Kashi Vishwanath. The rooms were very comfortable. And absolutely well kept and clean. We specially loved the food. The cook was amazing. Pandeyji, he would cook fresh order so he took a little time but everytime the food was sumptuous and delicious, just the right amount of everything. Including spices/ oil and varied cuisines all alike were great!

Like every place , this too had a slight temporary downside of the TV connection not working which was an issue with my 10 year old. Else we really had very little to complaint about.

Everything. Warm welcome, speedy check in. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean with amenities provided.

It was such an amazing hostel! The staff was so welcoming and the room had a beautiful view of the city. It is a hostel that I will choose also in my future trips to Varanasi.

The view was awesome. Specially I booked this hotel for the view and it really worth it. The roam are spacious and with good facilities.

The location is good but to reach the location you have walk through the banaras galli which is not at all clean and while in rainy season it would be horrible.

Pathetic treatment by the hotel. zero sense of responsibility.

First of All I had a confirmed reservation at Palette Heritage Scindia Ghat from 22nd Feb 2025 to 25th Feb 2025.I had confirmed the same with the hotel prior to check in and also with Oyo as it is attached with OYO.When i reached the Hotel ( which i had to come walking for at least 30-40 mins from Maidagin chowk) on 22nd Feb 2025 at around 5.30pm along with my family, the person at reception denied us check in and said he didn't have any confirmation about our stay.I tried to call Oyo and Booking.com which said that our stay is confirmed.When contacted the hotel Manager, he denied the confirmation.So we were all left stranded in the evening with our luggage and no clue where to go.upon enquiry we came to know that the Hotel Manager had purposefully allotted our confirmed rooms to a group of foreigners who had checked in before us.With zero sense of responsibility, this property is fraud.

MY booking was cancelled without notice.

I had booked a long time ago with this place. It clearly stated that no prepayment was required. Then some time after my booking it, it sent a demand for payment. I contacted booking.com who said they would tell the property it could not do that. I contax=cted the property too, though they did not reply My booking arrangements with booking.com clearly showed that I had a booking, even on the day I arrived in Varanasi I was having trouble accessing the hotel due to the road closure so i rang the hotel. Who said I had no booking because I had not paid ahead. There was I, an elderly person, ina city with a massive influx of people, millions each day, from the Khumba Mela. That is not an OK thing to do to people. If they wanted payment ahead they should have specified that at the time of advertising their property. Don't trust them.

Breakfast was good.

The hotel would only accept cash even though I paid the deposit online. It took me many hours to find an ATM that worked.

Big goof up by Booking.com

The hotel cancelled my room reservation. As per Booking.com no advance was required whereas hotel said they cancelled my reservation as I did not pay advance amount. This is really frustrating experience with booking.com

Booked a room a month in advance for a crucial trip during Kumbh, only to be told last minute that my booking was canceled and shifted to another hotel. Adding to the frustration, customer care claimed it was due to rooms being sold out—so what’s the point of booking early? This caused immense trouble for my family, forcing us to scramble for alternatives which by the way was not provided by booking.com at the worst possible time.What’s even more unacceptable is the lack of a proper policy to protect customers from such last-minute cancellations. If a customer cancels at the last moment, they are sometimes charged a fee—so why is the same not applied to hotels? Cancellations from the hotel should come with proper compensation for the customer. This experience was utterly stressful, poorly handled, and completely unacceptable!

You need to walk through the Kashi lanes to reach the hotel .but it’s worth when you reach the hotel as it’s on the beach and view from the hotel is amazing

When we arrived, after travelling from the UK to stay there, they had already let our rooms go to someone else. We were literally left with nowhere to stay upon arrival. Our booking was confirmed and we had talked via message just the day before, where all was OK and nothing mentioned about them wanting to cancel our booking. Thankfully there is a much nicer hotel next door, called Scindhia guest house, who was very helpful and he accommodated us, so that we weren't left stranded with nowhere in Varanasi.Be very careful if booking here, a better offer and they will cancel yours without telling you

I booked rooms by booking.com. Booking.com shows 9000 rate for 5 days but in hotels they charged 15000 for 5 days this is not good
