Location was very convenient

It’s filthy and stinky. The smell oozing out from bathroom was horrible..They charged 1000 rupees more than what was displayed while booking and they didn’t share invoice which was surprises me more.

Possibly in the best location in Benares, maybe about 50 metres from the Dashashwamedh Ghat, which is the heart of Benares. You can have a dip in the river and come back and change your clothes/ freshen up at the hotel. There are several excellent sweet shops downstairs selling local specialities and very fresh. We used to have something or the other every night at around 11, after a stroll at the ghat.The staff is fantastic. We were a group of 8 people with several different tastes and requirements in breakfast, or tea (we kept asking the staff at the most odd hours) and every time they more than obliged. The taste was awesome.It was one of the best stays I had at any hotel.

The staff were friendly but there wasn’t anything else to like

Hard to find. No window in room. Room very small. Bathroom unclean - didn’t try to have a shower, only one towel provided and it was dirty. Pillowcase dirty. Walls dirty. Dogs fighting in street just outside throughout the night. No idea why we stayed the night. Left the next morning to find somewhere else even though we had booked 2 nights.

The hotel is located at the main entrance to the Ganges River, thanks to this, I could watch a beautiful Ganga Aarti show every evening. My room was clean and well-kept, food in the restaurant very tasty. The hotel owner was very kind and polite. Helpful in every situation. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location is very near the Dasaswamedh Ghat, only around 100m. The staffs were very helpful. Perfect place for youngsters.

Very bad facility of hot water and blankets.Please bring your own blankets if visiting in winter season,there is no facilities for extra blanket

Room was too small..no ventilation...no TV.. no wifi...no space to walk....no charging point.....no pantry service....entrance was too narrow

Completely waste of money. They charged me 1459 And also they cancelled in my booking in the app .They have very small bed small washroom .tv doesn't work .please don't give good rating.worst ever

Just very near to ganga ghat about 20 m and rooms wear clean food was good and the staff are very helpful!!

Hotel location is superb if one wants to stay at dashwamedh ghat. Hotel staffs are helpful. Smooth check in and check out. must visit.. resturant is awesome.. food is good.. Room was clean.. air condition was working perfectly..No doubt a good option

wifi was weak.. if one has to do official work it will be bit difficult..though hotel staff was very helpful in supporting

Only one thing..food. food was really good, we took 2 meals at hotel and it was very tasty. Hotel location is very good, everything is near by.

Hotel doesn't have generator, it has only inverter which keeps on tripping. Water was also not coming in taps as the overhead water tank was empty.. ac was set at 29 degree..so of not much use in day time.

The position of the hotel, food quality, staff's behaviour. Those are awesome.

The room facilities, bathroom conditions and the size of the room which is very small except family suite and another beside that room.
