Inside the room , well maintained

Outside the room carpet is dirty , dining hall is where the chef kitchen seems dirty windows and doors .Smoking smell in the floor Room change request has to be made multiple times .

If you want a clean, comfortable and modern room stay here! Reviewers are harder on Hilton because of its name but I find it unhelpful when you see a 9-star review for a very basic, dated hotel but reviewed highly because it’s independent, versus this hotel which is objectively much better! Also the tours offered here were 2-3x less than the ones offered in the old city.

It’s a bit out of the way but Uber is very affordable.

Just the food

I was in the 3er floor and the carpet of the hallway floor was dirty and i find some finger prints in the mirror and other places of the room and i pay a lot to stay in this place, everything here was really expensive and the quality of the place and service is not worthy as other places that I visited in India. There is not many options in Varanasi but the hotel should improve the cleanliness for the price that we are paying.

It properly was built great, but very poorly maintained

It seems like a place that once had a lot of potential and things about it were either great or poor. Can’t compare to other options in town but overall was fine not great. Also disappointed that the hotel was supposed to have filtered clean air but then the staff had left the door to outside open right next to my room on the 9th floor so all dirty air from the city was coming in

New facility.

The location and the cleanliness was good. The breakfast was reasonable. The North Indian foods were reasonable while the south indian foods were not.

The Travel desk was not the best and we had initial issues on getting the travel organized on time.There were miscommunications in the service provision. However, the drivers Sanjay/Roshan and the guide Ashutosh were very good.

Lives upto Hilton quality, friendly and helpful reception, checked in early without any issues, excellent staff, good food, even customized for individual needs. Well done !

Location and ambience is not what you would expect for a Hilton property. The front road widening is underway and adds to the chaos….

It seemed to be a good place for conducting different ceremonies - the hotel was always agog with visitors for this reason. The spa services were great. Food could have been better. The staff were excellent.

The location for sure. Also on the food part - the menu seemed to be a bit tame

General staff from the hotel is very kind and helpful. The managing team of the hotel is not. Greedy and unprofessional

A very hypocrite managing. Had reservation for 3 days. Ended up staying just 1 Something came up, we had to leave. They denied any kind of refund for the other 2nights that we didn't stay. Greedy way of do things.

The the property was not the value what we paid for

It was not clean not to the up to the mark. even the staff are not very helpful.

Restaurant is spacious. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Room, amenities and facilities are good.

Great room, gorgeous bed. Bathroom good - all very clean. Ladies on reception very friendly.

Restaurant staff very aloof, no engagement at all. Especially anyone in a suit! Given terrible advice from Krishna at reception regarding transport to the ghats. No mention that it is a pedestrianised area only 1.5km walk - turfed out of tuctuc in the street. Driver shouting. Very very stressful. A shopkeeper came to our aid - thank goodness. Felt let down by hotel who should have advised us. Two western women on their own - felt very vulnerable.

The location is great, 5km from the ghats n the temples. The rooms are clean and we'll maintained. It's the staff that are fantastic both at the welcome desk and the restaurant. Very friendly, helpful and proactive

Cash management I booked for three days they collected full money but I checkout a day earlier my money was not refunded

Facilities and service are very good - bed, shower, restaurant, breakfast, gym

A little expensive (compared to DT by Hilton Jaipur) but it was a last minute booking

Very nice hotel well maintained and clean. Staff was very helpful and well trained. Restaurant was good and food was delicious.

We had a beautiful welcoming check-in experience, they gifted us warm ready made cookies on arrival - absolutely loved it!- The Hotel is very new and clean, we were given a great pool room view, and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, spacious and silent and the bed was extremely comfortable, the restaurant and breakfast buffet are very nice and we also had room service which was fab, all the staff and service was excellent, very very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to all main areas and the hotel arranged all tours and transport we needed. I loved the bright lobby area which has a cute cafe with cakes and refreshments and different seating areas. An overall super experience. We will definitely come back!

The staff was worst because they are not supporting on time and the money what I spent for this hotel was disaster. Nothing value I can suggest don't choose this hotel, if you need all good facilities go with 3 or 4 start hotel ,they can much support better than hilton hotel.Worest hotel ever I chosen.ThanksRam from Saudi arabia
