New Hotel Broadway

Property was clean, accessible to the ghats and The restaurant was great

The guest should get priority to enter at the restaurant.

only the location

staff , food and service

The best is food at the Rest. Best tasty food we had recently.

Its under the value. The rate i paid.

The property is located in a bustling area, close to all major attractions easily accessible by auto and e-rickshaws.

Unfriendly and unhelpful reception, though the general staff were welcoming. The rooms are a tard small, cramped with furniture. The meals included in the tariff for guests is substandard, and is different from the normal restaurant menu. Even Breakfast has limited options. Overall, the experience was sweet & sour. Perhaps the hotel could improve upon these counts.

Location, and generally a good pick for the city and area

Staff were uncooperative and a little strange at times, just be wary

The hotel is located in agreat location, very short distance to all the main attractions of Varanasi. Staff members are very helpful. The hotel is newly renovated. Getting transport (Taxi etc) is very eay from in front of the hotel and hotel staff help you to get transportation at a reasonable price

The roo and bathroom sizes are too small, sheets were not clean, we had to get them changed. If you have your own car, they have designated parking, however that is not inside the hotel compound

Clean,Humble staff,Take minimum timing for the check in-out process

Very poor food quality,and options

Disappointing

Cleanliness,food taste and facilities

Location

The room service guy just use to wait shamelessly for tip..as if he was not being paid...shame to these people who believe in tipping system rather than working hard and earning money..Also the man at reception was not co-operative, didn't know how to choose words when being involved in a hospitile businessBreak fast was on" repeat mode"...same menu everyday

Location was good.

MAP plan is not worth to go with it. U have inclusion and exclusion in food. The starters were not part of MAP so landed up paying extra for Dinner.

Average breakfast menu, not very fresh fruits, not many items to choose from. I liked the location of the property and it was clean. Staff were listening to me for whatever I had asked for.

Nothing specific, however the staff need to be trained and courteous as I saw many international guests around. The wash room was old and badly illuminated with almost no water. The shower didn't work. On mentioning to the reception, it was checked and was told that this is the maximum water that could be possible from the taps. AC was old, but working.

Bad

small cramped room, dirty toilet seat, shower not

The breakfast was all right. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms were a bit noisy.

The HOtel is amazing, The location is excellent. The food and the service is amazing. Even they took care of my many personal request. The hotel location is very prime and easy to locate. The rooms are comfortable and feel like home. Even they provide restaurant whihc has a delicios foood. To stay somewhere else shoulld not be the choice. The New Broadway alwasy Perfect.

Breakfast .

Not sufficient drinking water in the rooms & no spoons in the rooms for making tea & coffee.

Disappointing

Start support is very bad

Comfortable check in and check out

Everything was good

Very good

The bathroom drains need to be looked at - there was some sewer smells on the first day.

Dinner provided is not up to mark. It is better to negotiate the room prize without me

Staff is good
