HOTEL THE ROYAL VISTA

Clean and staff was very polite and helpful

The approach to the hotel was not clean

It's centrally located and value for money, breakfast spread is also good, friendly staff

The approach lane... It's very narrow.. one will not expect the hotel to be good, looking at the entrance lane

My stay at Royal Vista was exceptional. The hotel's elegant ambiance, spacious rooms, and panoramic views provided a luxurious retreat. The staff's hospitality was exemplary, ensuring a memorable experience. Ideal for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

The room were nice and clean and the room service was also good. They do not take much time to respond to your problems. The food was also great.

Very calm and quiet place. Stayed for 3 days. Booking dot com offered lower than their regular offers.

Not in the main streets. Car parking available but not within the building. Very near to the Rudraksha Convention center. Building is new and maintained very well.

Amazing visit, this was my first visit to varanasi and certainly a memorable one because of my stay here at Royal Vista. The staff is very hospitable and the location is also great

The rooms were clean and comfortable.. and the staff was nice.

The rooms were small and stuffy and could use a good seating space to sit and unwind

I visited 5 regions and used 5 hotels in India last month, and this was the only one without big problems such as cleanliness, heating, water supply, or wifi.Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. I stayed well without any inconvenience.

The bathroom drainage wasn't good, so I was worried it might leak outside the door, but it didn't happen.

NIL

Water leak in Bath room, rooms very congested and location is very hard

It's perfect for two people. The hotel staff were friendly. They can improve their buffet breakfast for sure. Room cleaning was amazing. The bathroom too was really clean and spacious. Overall a good experience.

Improve the buffet breakfast. More items on breakfast menu.

Disappointed

Staff don't speak or understand EnglishNo variety at Breakfast, no cooldrinks, no cutlery provided, condiments are noneRooms and bathrooms are dirtyWater is charged in your room which is not saidLaundry was lost and not paid forRooms extremely small big bags can't fitOutside food not allowed but restaurant don't have anything that is available Tandoori oven only opens at 7pm Food takes longStaff don't understand your request

A wonderful place to stay for individuals as well as families. Local transport like rickshaws are easily available. Ashwamedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Mandir are around 3-4kms away so accessibility is good. The rooms are very neat and clean albeit a little small. But a very well maintained Hotel. Do not be put off by the entryway it is narrow, the Hotel and the staff make up for it. The staff is gracious and very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Aarti for being very helpful at the front desk. A perfect place to stay for a few days. Regards

Nothing really.

Friendly stuff and good breakfast.

AC blowing directly and was not able to adjust properly.

Variety of items in breakfast is adequate. Taste of item is good.

The main entrance to the hotel is very dirty, not in line with the hotel's status. Need renovation.

Very new and clean, staff are wonderful, helpful and cheerful. While a little pricey, i felt it was well worth it. Great breafast and food with room service. Everything is mpdern and up to date.

The location a bit far from the action.

A Wonderful Trip to Varanasi's Sarnath!During my recent pilgrimage to Varanasi's Sarnath, I had a fantastic time! Although it wasn't my first time visiting India or Varanasi, I noticed a lot of changes this time around. The rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall management of the hotel was top-notch. I also loved the food, especially the tom yum – it was delicious!I'm planning to return to this beautiful city again during the full moon in November for our rituals and prayers at Stupa. I've already decided to stay at the same lovely hotel with the wonderful people who made my stay so enjoyable.

My stay at the Royal Vista Hotel in Varanasi was a wonderful experience. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made it a memorable trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi.

Very good staff and cleanness is very good

Parking availability is big concern

The friendly approach of the staff and cleanliness

Nothing as such. But the hotel needs to make a ramp at the entrance for disabled

New property, Good quality

Approach road to hotel is not good area or location
