Hotel Temple On Ganges

Nothing really the reception desk was non corporative in future I would avoid the Hotel

Very dirty and filthy bathroom . Surrounding the hotel is full of trash and that creates a mosquito problem in the room . The staff is very pushy . I noticed them scamming tourists by trying to sell tour packages. I checked out after one night

Lots of mosquitos and a lack of mosquito protection and netting on window screens.

The hotel was clean .

We were not aware our credit card had not been charged for our room. We agreed to a price which was printed on our reservation but at checkout they would not honor the price. They charged us more because they said the rupee had changed.

Great location and they were great about arranging cars

The staff is amazing they helped us with everything and the location was great the rooms were clean.

Loved the hospitality, people were very kind, welcoming and helpful.

We had booked 2 same rooms however in reality got two different kind of looking rooms, one seemed new and renovated and the other regular. But it was clean and nice nonetheless.

Great location very near to the ghats. Bigger family rooms were available, which was great!

No working space to take calls or take some meetings. Had to sit pn the rooftop in the open.

Immediate view from balcony was very bad.. dirty view.. even though we can see river far.. hotel should take initiative to get it cleaned by partnering with local authorities..

The rooms were neat and clean and it’s right next to the Ganges.

Breakfast timings

The hotel was fantastic. It is located right now the hill from the Assi Ghat, but it’s nestled in a courtyard so it’s quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent.

Conveniently located, very close to the Assi Ghat. I liked the view of the Ganges from the terrace.

The room and bathroom can be a bit more spacious. There is a gutter right behind the hotel, which looks unhygienic.

Great location for us. Restaurant was very good and the staff was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

There was a disco directly below blasting out music and shouting, we had to move , sleep was impossible.

Location is very convenient

Rooms are small and quite dusty, bathroom very small. Very noisy due to amusement park in neighbourhood.

Good Location. The staff is friendly and would go out of the way to help. The food is good.

The approach is bad. The first appearance of the hotel is a let down. The room did not have adequate ventilation and natural lighting.

Rooms were completely different from the images uploaded on internet.There was no balcony/window as claimed in the amenities. It was a very simple closed room!

the amenities were disappointing as there were none while I was charged extra for it online!

Hotel had restaurant and food was good enough

It's bit interior difficult fr taxis or cars to get in

Location, staff, comfortable bed

Nothing for too much to complain, could by cleaner a bit.
