Value for money. Staff was courteous.

Location was highly inaccessible and transportation was a challenge while returning from city. While going it was easy as the hotel arranged

I liked that it was in a good location.

The rooms are spacious, but they are not so clean. The room have no shower gel and had to call 2 times for them to come fill it.

Slightly set back from the noise of the streets & traffic.The room was spacious.Staff in the restaurant were really friendly & nothing too much trouble. Reception staff were happy to help/guide also.Kettle in the room.

The WiFi was very poor.The wardrobe has no hangers. Location was difficult to find, but tut tuts available outside for going out.

heir transport facility is pathetic. They try to swindle your money by travelling long distance unnecessarily and the driver had stopped on the way to airport until the excess demand of money was paid. Since we are getting late to the airport we had to pay the demanded amount. we travelled in a car KIA with registration number UP 65 PT8939

The hotel seems to be newly built or renovated. Front desk staff was very helpful. Car can go very close to the front desk, so good for elderly people.

Staff need to be trained. Poor housekeeping, surround location is not good, especially hygiene wise.

Location of the hotel isn’t great! Also the room had no view, only had a window opening into the shaft.

We had a pleasant stay. The best part is that it has easy access to local tuk-tuks and e-rickshaws. It is within walking distance of the main temple, Laxmi Chai(the best), Banarasiya restaurant (the best local food, jalebi and lassi), Manikarnika, and Dashashwamedh Ghats and the Main market (gondolia circle and Bengali gali or market)The hotel is well located with good access, and it gets peaceful once you get back after the honk-iest rides ever :)

The inhouse hotel renovation/construction noise till late evening was a bit annoying.

Good value for money. Clean hotel, good location, good hotel restaurant (with affordable prices). The staff was very helpful and helped me to arrange transportation to Sarnath and elsewhere.

Hospitality, behavior of the staffs, food was awesome, specially Chai.

Locality , entrance , filth all around , construction activity in hotel , No customer support from Booking.com ; Booking.com has misled and cheated me : you are just plain looters , not at all bothered about customers : you have the worst customer care service ; I will never suggest anyone to book through Bookin.com : I will also flag these concern on social media and take legal action against you for cheating a senior citizen

I stayed there for 3 nights and I can say that I was quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel rooms were just like shown in the pictures and quality of the service was up to the mark. Things which I liked about this place-● Prompt service●Spacious and clean rooms●Courteous staff●The food at their in-house restaurant ●High speed wi-fi ● Other services like paid airport pick and drop services, taxi for sightseeing etc.The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to book boat rides for the ghats too. (The nearest ghat from this hotel is Dhashwamedh ghat which is within a 10 kms radius)

Despite the many things that I liked about this place, one thing which I think the hotel could have avoided is too much noise especially past midnight. Due to some construction work going at their hotel, there was too much noise going on in the ground floor of the hotel which was very very annoying. We had to call the reception to make it stop otherwise it was impossible to sleep. However upon complaining about this issue, they quickly resolved it.

South Indian food items needs more improvement in taste

Nice place away from the noise of the centre of the city.Nice room with a big bathroom.

The breakfast is Indian style and it is hard to find some continental food; only toasts with jam and butter.It is far from the Ghats and the river.

At first glance, it's a modern looking hotel with spacious rooms.

The floor was not clean, there were bread crumbs and hair on the sheets.And we spotted a cockroach crawling on the bananas while we were having breakfast. Obviously, that was the last breakfast I had from the buffet, although we had paid for it to be included.The staff at reception were polite but aloof and cold, and a friendly smile would have been appreciated.

Property location is perfect, very close to temples. It is very clean and the staff welcoming.Definitely recommended!
