Staff, location, clean

Location was convinient. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful

WIFi was limited to 2 connections per room. With 2 of us having 6 gadgets. this was a big challenge. Staff trie to help but solution was limited to few hours and not lasting for the stay.Room was small for the price we paid. Towels and sheets have seen better time. We had stayed here 5 years back. But things seem to have run down.

Nothing great but maybe the location

1. Very poor cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms/bath.2. Bedsheets and duwet covers were filthy and we forced the housekeeping to change them when we returned to the hotel at night after sightseeing.3. At checkout, the staff at the reception was rude and very unprofessional. At 9am there was no manager or responsible person to listen to our feedback.4. Dirty dishes from other guests were in the corridor for the entire duration of our stay5. The hotel does not deserve to be 4 stars. Rooms are old, not well maintained and need deep cleaning and renovation (we booked two rooms and both were equally bad!)

Great location, refurbished rooms are good, limited menu and North Indian cuisine is good

Rooms for sure need an upgrade. They need a coat of paint and refresh, if these things are done the stay can be more comfortable. Towels etc can be fresher

Staff behaviour Service was horrible. Nothing came on time. Bad room service. No coordination between staff. Poor man management

The location is convenient

Please do not book this property at all, save your money and look for another place which might be further but better. We had booked two rooms but got only one when we arrived at 1pm. We were told the room will be ready in sometime so we went to have lunch. Even after coming back at 3pm, the room wasn’t ready. We then went out and came back at 11, got the room keys only to realise the bedsheets were not changed, there was hair all over the bed, shoe marks all over the floor, no towels, water, toiletries in the room. After complaining the house keeping staff came at 11:45 to change the sheets, provide water and other stuff. This ordeal went on until 1am. Then when we wanted to switch on the AC it sounded like we were against an industrial exhaust, it was so noisy that we had to switch it off. We complained the next day and were told that your issues were taken care of so don’t complain. I had made it clear to the staff at the reception desk that I will not pay for one room night but then the manager Shankar said you should have left the hotel and checked out if you had a problem. Also their excuse was we gave you an upgrade but I didn’t request for an upgrade- all I wanted was a room on time. This hotel does not know anything about hospitality or service. You land up paying a lot for the substandard service they provide and the attitude is through the roof. I would recommend you stay a bit far but in peace rather than waste your money at this property. Manager Shankar is absolutely mannerless and should be fired from his job. This was my worst stay of a hotel anywhere in the world.

Frustrated and humiliated

Rude Staff. They Didn’t give the room a booked at all and said I didn’t show up.

Some managerial persons way of handling things was not good. Un professional. Not all but some. Service is very poor. Rates are also very high they are cgarging. It is not worthy as per the rates they are charging. I am frequent visitor of the hotel. Other 3 star 4 star properties are less in price. Yesterday 8 checked out the property before that I asked for final bill. Reception they gave final bill and I paid the bill. I was about to get into the car property manager came and he was telling that some extra charges are not included the final bill so you have to pay extra money. I was getting late to the airport. This is utter nonsense and un professional.
