Very nice decorated rooms , good property rooms ,and also staff was nice

Very poor location.Worst experience.Plenty of mosquitoes and on asking for repellent they asked to switch on the fan in the month of December. Extremely poor service.

Poor service.No hygiene.Poor location

Nothing, it’s one of the worst properties . Not recommended to stay. The beds were not clean. Cigarette smoking

Cleaning, smell, unhygienic, location

Terrible

The front desk denied our booking even though we had called them 2 hours prior of reaching, and they said the booking is confirmed. After reaching there with my family and 2 one year old kids, they said the rooms are not available. They tried selling us a more expensive room.

I am satisfied there service of hotel . Good person of hotel . They don't lie to person . Good hotel staff . They provide great service.

Plumbing works are poor, AC Maintenance Poor, It is too far from Temple

I stayed at hotel at my whole family. My family is told me this hotel is too much better. The hotel food is good. The location is decent. The staff is so decent man . The rooms is good and always clean

"Excellent hotel. Great serviceThe room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

good location , breakfast is good , rooms is good and cleaning

the only thing that I liked was the washrooms were clean ..the hotel overall was clean

I had to ask for everything..the rooms were not ready despite we checking in around 10 pm..the AC seems it was like fan blower…there was no remote…there was no complimentary water as well…I had to ask them to give it for the 2 days stay and the person at the reception was like we don’t offer complimentary water..breakfast was awful…it was like having dinner…oily ..they served us poori bhaji and the bhaji was a punjabi dish like paneer mix veg…during my stay I also noticed that the hotel is also used for oyo activities by couples ..I saw three couples taking the room for a couple of hours …I don’t mind that but it’s a bit awful in front of a family….and the distance from the main city is a bit far ..

Amazing and attentive staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great location. I'd live here if I could, really. Definitely, definitely going to come back. Thank you for the great experience!

Rooms are clean

For the entire day there was a power cut and no proper battery backupThe hotel was far away from city. The hotel staff didn't allow my guests inside between 08:00 to 18:00 hrs

Wonderful & clean property, no compromise on service level. Supportive staff and round the clock services. Over all I had a great experience and will surely visit again.

Location is nice in peaceful residential colony. It is located in interior far from chao.

Room service was poor. small suffocated rooms, poor amenities. Staff was unprofessional and untrained. No decency and privacy. Not suitable for official tour. Management is unable to entertain the guests with least requirements.

Location and food.

Ill ventilated room, fungus, humidity, delayed services by staff. No assistance in getting train/local touring reservations done.

The location of the hotel is very close to a lot of tourist places. We were allotted our room as soon as we entered the hotel. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the rooms are spacious too

The location was so quite and peaceful, my stay was gorgeous, the meals was too tasty , i would definitely recommend to my family

Disappointing

F&B service, front desk response

They denied the booking even after confirmation and landed us in big trouble in last minute

staff were very accomodating and helpful

wasn’t the cleanest place as portrayed in the site..
