The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and eager to help. This is a decent stay for a short period of time.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had so far. What sets this hotel apart from most of the others we have stayed at is the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. They routinely went above what was required. I would like to single out two front desk staff who were exceptional Ms Pem Droma and Ms Yatika. They epitomize what represents exceptional service

The quality of soundproofing was not really good. We could hear the family next door quite clear. But overall, my experience was wonderful, thank you so much.

What truly impressed me was the personal touch they brought to every interaction,making me feel not just like a guest, but truly valued and cared for. Their dedication exemplifies the highest standard of hospitality, and they are a credit to the Taj Ganges experience.I wholeheartedly recommend Taj Ganges to anyone seeking a stay filled with comfort, care, and genuine hospitality.

The ambiance was excellent, and the staff was very nice.

The room was too small and hence not very comfortable. it pinched more considering the heavy cost charged for such room. Food was average.

If you look for conford while visiting Varanasi this is the right place.The staff is very freindly and helpfulLocation is good, not far from the places everyone is interested on ( It's recomended to hire a guide)

On the touring packages offered in the hotel.. I'll recomend the visitors to ask the staff to make it very clear on what you'll pay for what you'll get.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean, calming and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of cuisines.

The hotel was under construction which meant we had to eat breakfast in a windowless conference room which was dire for a five-star hotel. The hotel is also quite far from the centre of Varanasi and the Ganges, where all the action is.

The stay was super comfortable. Loved the ambience, the welcome, the staff, food and overall stay.

Location is a bit far from the cultural Kashi.

You have to stand in queue (we were in line for over 30 minutes) for a long time to check in. Young staff with limited experience in service industry.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was very comfortable.

Dining area was very old and not stylish. There were too many mosquitoes both inside and outside.

Great location away from busy roads so it was quiet. Restaurant offered very good Indian cuisine with local delicacies. Room was very comfy. Outstanding concierge service and staff who made perfectly all arrangements for visiting the town. The pool area was delightful and the whole property very well maintained.

Every thing, the room is as dirty and smells like smoke, when it’s a none smoking room. I found used cigarettes in the drawer. The rooms was not cleaned properly before new ones came in.

The Location of the property was very bad. In the heart of the city from where to go to the Ghats was 8 to 10 KMS .. the property branding Taj Ganges is misleading .

The property is old.. there was construction going on the site , there were weddings taking place at night on the proprerty . Music was loud till late at night . Was not giving a very good feeling of a Taj property

Room was nice, it had all needed amenities and it also had some welcome snacks at arrival.

Booked room had king bed, in reality received 2 single beds.Bathroom shower was very dirty at the corners.Breakfast options were rather limited and the bottle on the table was unsealed (received another one when I asked).Service was very poor - not what I expected from Taj.
