1. No hot water in taps. When complained, one person came and told it will take 15-20 minutes after he will adjust something on roof. Meanwhile another person came and told us to take bath in another room.2. Toilet seat and cover disengaged from commode.3. Water not draining fast and flooding was there.4. Location of shower was so bad entire bathroom was wet including washbasin and its counter, toilet seat, etc.5. Only one lift for guests and staff creating delays.

The location for the Hotel is very convenient. Nearby to Assi ghaat and equally nearby to Gadoliya chowk.Just get a battery rickshaw for ₹10.
The hotel is pricey for what it provides. During my stay there was a family abd they made so much noise, made it impossible to sleep. Rooms are okay clean, toilet seat was broken.
Location and junior staff specially kaju.
