Location, cleanliness, good food in restaurant

The staff! Examples 1) They charged us for water, when we were initially told it was free. 2) They were finding excuses for us to give them tips. 3) When we wanted to book a taxi, they asked us for twice the rate we ended up paying to a taxi agency (this without even having to haggle with the agency). Furthermore, the water in the shower was cold. When we complained, the switched the water heater on and we had to wait 20 minutes to take a warm shower.

Lack of Basic amenities. No pickup was provided from the Railway Station.

The music they play on every floor

Bad staff, suspicious Restaurant staff, noisy and I'll mannered house keeping staff.

Location is prime. Public transport is available. Staff is responsive and decent. Food quality is decent.

Room rent was a bit high due to Dev Deepawali.

Hotel provide twin bed for first night it was uncomfortable.

A combination of excellent polite, attentive & helpful staff, (particularly ever smiling restaurant persons Rohit, Anil Maurya and Rahul) neat & clean rooms and good location. Even the shef Mr. Sanjay was kind enough to come out & speak with us about making the superb Moongdal Halwa.With the entire hotel staff customer oriented it was a pleasure staying and eating at the hotel.

Sorry nothing to complain about, in fact everything expected was met with smile.

Staff very arrogant, they told family breakfast was not included but it was.. ac was not working..no response even after complain

We had dinner almost every day at room, food was good. We ordered different cuisines and almost everything was great. Breakfast was included, however, I would be happy if they introduce few more options. Location was awesome for me given it was not far from my ancestral home and around hotel there was everything food joints and all sort of brand showrooms

Bathroom could be renovated and could be better. No problem with cleanliness though.

Breakfast and food was satisfactory

The room was very small. I booked 23 Sqm. But the actual size of the room was not more than 11 X 18 feet, (total area) (14 SQm) It is very disappointing. Despite two reminders he had no explanations. It was a waist of money and blot on the image of Booking.com. Ideally you should refund my money.Now you know how it could be better.

This is a brilliant place to be in BANARAS.Mr Devesh was brilliant and took great care of us.There is an in house restaurant, and it is awesome.Makes awesome Indian and Chinese dishes.The hotel staff are very nice and they were of great help at all times. wonderful stay we had and more importantly it is close to all other amenities like Mall, Dress stores and many othersI recommend anyone coming to BANARAS for a short or long trip, definitely check this place out

The rates in the restaurant were a little on the higher side however taste was very very good. so it is on individual basis, how you seduce the rate

Breakfast buffet was monotonous with same food everyday. Location of the hotel is very good.

Lights in the lobby are kept off whole day from midnight till evening. Gyesers do not work at night till early morning and again at midday. Cleaning service, everyday is done around 3pm which is quiet late.

The hotel is very nice with good restaurant as well as comfortable rooms with all facilities.

Room service could have been better with less response time.

Staff polite and try to be helpful where possible

The rooms are quite shabby and the standards of cleanliness fell far short. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest, congealed room service food from the previous guest was still left outside the room on our arrival (and wasn't removed until we asked), the bed sheets had marks on them, and there was a hair from the previous guest on the toilet seat. The staff were polite and willing to remedy the issues but that didn't redeem the hotel.

The location is ok. Room is spacious.

Housekeeping very poor. Bathroom not maintained. Needs to be reminded repeatedly for refurbishing towels etc.

The location is close proximity to all location. You can park your car in front of hotel with safety. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very polite, overall service was good.

Staff is excellent they really took care of usand food is awesome and room is good.

The laziness of room service.

Breakfast was good. Not too many items in the spread, but decent enough and tasty as well. Room was big enough for three adults with comfy beds. Located in a slightly far away location from the ghats, but managable with easy availability of e-ricks throughout.

Room service was not reachable most of the times on intercom.

Staff was very nice but lack coordination in between themselves.Food was good , nice dining area.

Parking facility is bit shakky , we have to park outside the hotel in front of the road ,we were expecting a underground or seprate area for vehicle parking .

I like the ambience and location of the hotel

Food is of very cheap quality not good in taste. I stayed here for 2 nights and hotel has provided repeated breakfast. If i talk about safety then i will say this property is not safe.Here i met with an incident i caught room service guy opening my room with master key casually.
