This is a family business hotel. It is a simple accommodation along the lines of an American motel, Id say. The rooms are very basic (bed &shower) which is enough for a short stay (we needed it for 1 night only). The shower was very good - no amenities except for a sachet of shampoo and a bar of soap , 1 set of towels for one person. However, we were readily provided with an extra towel and bar of soap when we asked; our room was small yet accommodated 3 single beds which were a little narrow. Bed linen was very clean and comfortable. EXCELLENT LOCATION at 5 min walk to the 2 main shopping malls in town - one of which (Shopping Miller) has a food hall with plenty to choose from. We Suggest a SUPERB restaurant (Churrascaria Chimarro) also 5 min walk from the hotel serving amazing Brazilian cuisine - all you can eat Brazilian roasts and fabulous buffet for under USD 30 per person (as of 29/11/2024) good wine and top beer (OPA) locally made in the city - a must to be tried.. Well worth a visit. All in all, we recommend this hotel if, like us, all you need is a clean bed and a good shower for 1 night or 2 right in town , at 1/3 of the price of the more upmarket hotels nearby. We will stay there again
