- My wife and I didn't like the room itself, in relation to the price you pay and the fame around the hotel, I was very sad to see that the so said best hotel in Joinville has an old decoration, there was only one outlet on the side of the bed for one person to charge electronics, the decoration has not being renewed in a long time, it really fells like the hotel stopped in the 2000's.Based on the name Bourbon I really expected more, the hotel needs a huge uplift. Its nothing bad but for the price we paid we expected more.

The location is very good.
The staff left us waiting for a room even though there were rooms available in the hotel (other guests arrived later and were taken care faster for no apparent reason). The room was old and the furniture had cracks on every edge. The staff was all the time discussing if it was possible to bill my credit card, apparently trying to check if I was able to pay for my stay in a very impolite manner.

Mattress was extremely soft, toilet’s sink was clogged, halls’ carpet was very dirty, there were some insets in the room.
Best hotel ever! Great location in downtown, with an access directly into de shopping mall. The room was super cozy with comfy beds and amazing pillows. The breakfast was awesome and super delicious.

they charged my card for 3 nights when i just stay for one night an until now i couldn't receive my money back!
the hotel is the best , the breakfast is great with a lot of options , inside he bed is comfortable, the room is clean , the service is outstanding and to complete is conectes to the mall on 3 floor that is A plus .
We stayed in the honeymoon suite which has a Jacuzzi! we had a really good time and the room was nice and big! it had a sitting room and a separate bedroom. the bathroom was very nice! we were on the 12th or top floor and so we had a amazing view of the city. hotel is fairly new and fairly modern. The breakfast was really really great and the setting was very classy and nice. we felt like it was a really great value and we really enjoyed our time here.
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Everyone we met the 2 times we stayed there were absolutely delightful. Anytime I will be in Joinville, there is no other place that I will stay. Thanks for giving me a great home for 4 weeks.
