Staff was very nice
The bathroom smelled like gutter; in the breakfast, one of the cakes had mould growing on it! I had to bring it to the attention of staff as my mum was about to eat it.
Good location, close Vale dos Vinhedos.Wonderful breakfast.Pet friendly.
Excellent place to stay for those who want to be a little away from the center and want tranquility. The staffs were excellent in all requests, great room, very clean and comfortable. the pool was wonderful.
Clean, good breakfast
Dont try to drink wine if you have dinner. They will bring and old bottle, an acid one. I asked to replace it and the waiters refuse to do that. All the other services were ok, except the kitchen.
Excellent shower.Nice piano music at the lobby during breakfast.
Rooms are good but could be a little more cozy. The place all in all could have more flowers, gardening, around it. etc. we stayed at a room on the second floor facing the parking lot. Everything very grey.
Great view and staff very nice
the a/c in the room was leaking. Nothing around, must do everything by car.
