Pros +
- Valet parkingFull free breakfast
- reception, the view
- The location was close to restaurants, bars, and wine train. Dinning room was very nice and so was the free breakfast; it has the usual items and very fresh and sweet fruits.
Cons -
- Rooms were so small they gave us two. This worked out but would have been unhappy with one room with all of our luggage.Coffee wasn’t always available for the weekend breakfast. I went back twice and each time had to wait for it to be refilled.
- any loud music near from the hotel
- The bathroom was very small, but the walk-in shower is enough space for two-three people.

The hotel was extremely clean. Beds are comfortable, shower is great. The staff is super sweet! I am glad we made the choice of staying there. Breakfast was also great, Gym is also very good. I loved it!
Clean, excellent breakfast.

all good
The hotel is new, modern, and the staff is super kind
The room is tiny
Breakfast was good. Location was very good. The staff was very nice and polite. Valet parking was great.
I expected more on the breakfast. we had better experience on mountains in the past. Maybe because it was in the beginning of the week and not a lot of people were there.
Facilities, good reception, good decor.
Bed was not so comfortable and breakfast is very basic.
Great location, nice staff, comfortable, good breakfast.
Located in Bento Gonçalves downtown and closer to the main attractions or easy to take the road to the others. It has the 3 goals that I usually looking for in a hotel. Cleaning; silent and kindness.
Superb
Café da manhã frustrou as expectativas.

Was a lovely stay.
I wasn’t informed about the charges for car park. The hotel should be more clear about.
