Dall'Onder Planalto Hotel Bento Gonçalves

Location

The bedroom. It didn't have a decent curtain and ended up waking up at 5 because light came in!

Perfect location at the heart of the touristic gastro street. Spa was really nice.

A bit old decorated rooms might be not comfy as you expected.

Location only

Dirty, broken things everywhere, staff unprepared, my room was not cleaned twice, A/c does not work properly. Very very old

Well located, good services and very well equipped gym

The room furniture were old, broken and not nice! The room was at the end of a long floor close to a elevator that was very noisy.

Amazing location, clean and neat rooms

Very basic facilities, breakfast wasn’t that good and room charges for even water bottles

Excellent location. Clean and safe. We would stay in Hotel again.

Location.

The room was pour. It is require an modernization to 21st. Centure. The room’price is to expensive.

Nice breakfast with a table full of gluten and dairy free options.

The room seemed a little old and lacking repair/maintenance, specially the bathroom.

bed size

kids space! open to late and close to soon. And need appointment

Spacious lobby and breakfast area, great location for walking, happy hour and dining

Shower temperature varies during bath. Hot water vanished in mid of pre-bed bath. Uneasy parking, forces use of valets which is inconvenient. No in-room directions to use hotel facilities.

location, Main Street in downtown, near by several restaurants

service and very old property

The location is fantastic. Exceptional service. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices, fresh, delicious and tasteful food. The indoor heated pool is big enough and the environment is very pleasant. It is near to some of the best restaurants in town. The room is big and comfortable. Bed linens and towels have a very good quality. You feel comfortable in the room. And on top of it all, you can even have a pleasure to talk to the very well known entrepreneur Tarcísio Michelon, since he is one of the guys who is responsible for the famous “Caminhos de Pedra” which is one of the most important touristic places in the city. Do not miss the Sheep Farm which is located in “Caminhos de Pedra”.

only if nothing else available, unless you get a special price

the room was past its sell date, furniture was dirty, safe didn’t work

the breakfast and the location are very good

The standard double room needs a refurbishment, a new painting. I had problems with my car (supposed to be parked at the private parking but they left on the street)

posizione

check-out procedure, warm water in the bathroom, really fast and small ants in the room

The breakfast has many options and the pool was very relaxed.

The property needs some renovations on the rooms.

Good location. Attendants are very polite, pool has a good size.

Price of the hotel restaurant is expensive. You can hear other rooms through the wall.

Bad

Fiz o cancelamento e estao me cobrando erroneamente e sem retorno do booking

The hotel is excellent in terms of location and facilities. The breakfast is good, but I suggest to managers to improve the options for celiacs and lactose intolerant.

It’s just about location Bed is good and comfortable

Air conditioning was not heating. We called at the reception they “open a ticket” to check it but never came. For the price they charge there is other options. Parking lot is charged as extra.
