Hotel Laghetto Bento

The property was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super nice and friendly.

We loved the view, the Jacuzzi area and the hotel is very pretty. Comfortable rooms with a nice breakfast in the heart of the gastro route.

The breakfast had a few food tongs and as a vegetarian, we noticed people using the same tong for meat and cheese. We advised people to use a fork to take the cheese, as cross-contamination was out of control.

Rooms to small. Fitness not well equipped for this hotel’s category.

It was full of people with only two lifts and the breakfast had a big queue.

The view

The bathroom. The shower with poor small corner opened doors sheets never changed, small elevators non stop up and down 2 long wait. Repeated items on Breakfast. Poor choices on bread varieties. Coffe cook and so the milk. No yogurt even though there was steal cereal. Old fruit and so on.

Very poor, cold coffee and milk. Old cold cuts and cakes. No yogurt old hard cereal,no toaster too little cups for coffee. Scrambled eggs too watery. Not worth half price. Not shower towels replaced when asked. Only 2 a day people shower twice a day. Too hard towels. Shower with a small inconvenient corner on a tiny box. Regular TV channels no smart channels and Portuguese only. English is necessary whatever you go. Also the only movie channels did not offer at legend just the phony double. Missed pool, tub too small poor pressure water on flushing toilets. And so on. Elevators run up and down several times without stopping. Ac has poor cooling system. So yes. That is a place without return.

Good structure and location

The room was never properly clean. I saw hair in the closet.The sheets was smaller than the bed.Everyday after breakfast they approach you to buy shares of a new Laghetto project.You have to pay for the parking lot.

Customer attention. They celebrated my birthday! So thoughtful...

I think they need more elevators. Not sure if this is feasible, but it would be better...
