Room was good. It is very quiet place. Seashore is in 1,2 km
The best thing at this place is the Family, they were so nice and friendly and want you to feel good and welcome! Communication with Google translater is possible. The food is very good and cheap. They cooked so much for me late in the evening, very nice. Thank you very much! The Bungalows are clean and nice. Hard beds though, but that doesnt bother me in general :)

Cons -

Hard to get here, it is really far from the bus st. The garden is really small
The place is about a 30 Minute ride with the Motorbike out of town, but very close to the national park. So if you want to discover local vietnamese and visit the park and not drive back to the center thats the place. Also if you want to have time for yourself. I went there because there was a party at Woodstock jungle camp, wich is in walking distance. Otherwise there is nothing much around.
