Super Collection O Behala Formerly Urban Guest House

Filthy place - found Cigarette buts, mosquitoes, unclean ambience

The location is quite interior and not exactly on DH Road. It's surrounded by small storehouses and other structures meant for business purposes. Not an ideal place for a family to stay in. No facility for kitchen cooked foods except tea. Donot understand how booking.com was offering me morning breakfast package in absence of a regular kitchen!Staff very cordial and well behaved. Special mention for Dulal for providing morning tea every day of our stay.

Since the place is surrounded by many godowns and other similar structures, it's very difficult for a cab driver to pick up passengers in front of the location. This must be sorted out.

Staff and manager behavior. Prompt room service

Remote location. No proper service roads lead to this property

Proximity to IIM Kolkata and Bharat Sevashram sangha multi speciality hospital

Unavailability of breakfast & meals.

Bad

They said no rooms and cancelled our reservation after we went there. They also lied to booking.com team saying we never showed up. Worst OYO! Do not book.

Third-floor rooms are very good and clean. Lift sometimes creates problems. But overall good facilities and a good location. All staffs are cooperative. The hotel must run a simple pre order restaurant facility on the top floor will be good for guests.

Suggestion: Ground floor rooms must be clean and maintained properly.

Staff was friendly

We were billed twice and the manager of the concerned OYO was not available to validate the payment I had done online. The receptionist did not have the data on the payments and made us pay twice for the same booking. Despite multiple reminders the manager did not attempt to rectify the issue.

Required kitchen appliances are provided. I did my own breakfast.

External work of the building is on.

Leaving this place was so far the best experience

"No foreigners allowed in the hotel"That's what I got after riding to that place for more than one hour (because it's very far from center)

The staff were polite and nice

The room was smelling like a smoke every-time we went inside the sheets need to be a little more clean without stains

The bed sheet was dirty with yellow mark. Wall was not good. There was no drinking water. Poor quality soap and other facilities.

All is bad there

My stay was very enjoyable. Room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable Wonderful staff, clean I recommend a must visit and stay to this hotel whenever making a nearby plan

Lovely spread , good selection , clearly displayed. The room was very comfortable.

Room was large and clean with good AC. Breakfast was excellent .Rooms was really perfect and Property was neat and clean. Stay was comfortable.

no issue at all

Cleanliness is clearly not strong point of this guesthouse - mattresses and pillows are smelly. Washroom is also not up to the mark. Facilities are also very sparse. Basic facilities are lacking - air-conditioning remained switched off, no hot water in the washroom. Water was provided in a dirty water bottle. Staff are also disinterested. Overall experience was very poor

cleanliness and reception need to improve drastically.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, great location, fair prices. For a nightstay budget city hotel perfectly fine ?

AC is not working

Excellent Hotel , Excellent Staff Good Housekeeping Services, proper secured car parking. Clean Rooms . Morning breakfast was excellent. Value for Money Hotel Safe Hotel , present at good location. Good place to stay with Family.

TV remote was not working.

Very supportive helping staff, very quick to respond. The location and the rooms are good. It was a nice stay, courteous staff, good ambience. Breakfast was excellent and tasty with huge quality tasty spread.

Refrigerator was there but not working

Value for money. Overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay. We had a delightful experience in this property. Beautiful location and clean room, staffs was worthy for their services.

Bed was not comfortable

hotel was good and restaurant has gazal evening which is awesome food rates are higher but ambience of restaurant is great in evening. stay was good

The only problem is that the quality of the interior and mattress is average and you will not get that experience.
