The bed

No geyser in bathroom. Room was small. Complimentary breakfast was very basic.

Washroom tap was leaking….i asked them to repair …but they didn’t fixed it

Location is not good not bad . I asked hard copy of invoice they don’t provid and yet awaiting for invoice by booking.com

I waited for an hour to be picked up at the airport, after giving advance notice of my arrival.

The staff are helpful and the food is pretty good although quite spicy. The beds are large and comfy. There are shops nearby if you want snacks.

The whole building shakes from time to time. It is pretty difficult to fall asleep because of this.

Can't think of many things I liked. The room was average sized, though clean. Close to the airport so convenient.

There's a list - the geyser is malfunctional and we had to do with cold water in December. Multiple knocks about this to the staff fell on deaf ears. There's no cupboard in the room, and I haven't seen any hotel room that doesn't have a cupboard. We had to make do with a couple of hangers hanging at various spots in the room. Room service not great, and I wouldn't be returning. Bearable for a night.

They sent me to a nearby hotel at the same price after telling me that all the rooms were taken.

The rooms were overbooked. So I didn't have a chance to stay.

The Silver Line Hotel did not gave me room. They rudly said you do not have any booking with us.

I had booking through booking.com. I got confirmation message. I contacted the hotel through message regarding my arrival and departure time and arrangement for Airport drop. The hotel acknowledged the message and confirmed everything. On my arrival the hotel said all rooms were booked and can’t provide me room (although i had confirmed booking) but can arrange the accommodation in another hotel. They promised that they would arrange the Airport drop, no surprise they didn’t.

Horrible experience...only one staff who was performing all the roles...room orders were catered after 2 hrs...complimentary breakfast was not at all edible...rooms were full of cockroaches when lights turned off. Lots more to write....

The cost was reasonable given the location.

1. No complementary water bottles were provided. 2. Blankets weren't provided instead a thin sheet was on the bed. 3. Room paint was removed from many places.4. No exhaust fan in bathroom. 5. Breakfast didn't had option.

The proximity to the airport.

Staff behaviour was very rude initially and they apologised later after much hue and cry. The room we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. After raising compliant they cleaned and allocated another room. It's a shame that we had to go through all this mess. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Booking.com should compensate for the horrible experience.

Staff behaviour was good. Flexible checkout. Food was good except breakfast.

Don't stay at rooms which are side of main road. There are no restaurants near by the hotel.

We can't say as we couldn’t stay there.

Our room was given to others so they took us to another hotel near them. So we had to stay in another hotel not in silverline. The hotel name was JBL. Room was not too specious and there were lots of dead ants on the bed. The bed was not comfortable either. They didn’t even give complimentary water. However, the room and toilet were a bit clean. Staff behave was ok.

Facilities and there was power cut in the morning while we were checking out, it was difficult to manage packing things in such dark.

The only pro is that it is close to the airport.

The room was so dirty. The bed looked yellow. The bedcover had smoking burnts. The bathroom was so dirty and not at all the standard for which I made the booking(Rs1500/night). The breakfast was not complimentary and they didn't even provide complimentary water. The exhaust fan was not working. Every time you plan to use room AC, you have to contact reception as the switch was not inside the room. Overall the room was so damp and sticky. I was traveling internationally and they didn't even provide any option to swipe a card only Gpay method was available which was inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
