Hotel Sheldon International

The location is very precise just beside the highway em bypass. Rooms were clean and tidy . Staff were helpful .

Location was good

Dirty rooms. Cockroaches and lizards all over.

New building

Staff was bad money minded and dinnit assist in giving the room.

Nothing to be liked. The rooms and bathroom are too conjusted. Rooms were not as shown in your website. Also we were not provided the rooms that we booked. It was totally unexpected experience with booking.com

Everything from the ambience to everything. It was not at all satisfactory.

Staff behaviour and hotel facilities

Ac is not working properly 401 And bathroom Jet is not working properly

terrible experience

dance bars are near the hotel this was a family trip and kids were there rooms were damp and paint peeling off

It's a bad dream for me... As hotel staff not know how to talk and support a visitor or customer. No any commitment. No break fast given also they are showing very bad manners. Although location is good.

Staff behaviour and room size and room service materials

Good food

The sheets were a bit dirty. Indian people don't know the words 'please' and 'thank you'. It's obvious that these staff didn't go to hotel school.

I didn't like it, I chose it because I didn't have enough time.

Dirty Property Dirty roomAC not working properly Bed sheet dirtyNot enough service people Not given toiletriesNot given complementary drinking water Bad lift quality alsoThere is no room service

Location, easy booking and generous staff.

Toiletries were not available in the room, which are the basic things required.

Food was good. Staff were well-mannered. Location is just beside the highway.

My expectations were not much and the hotel fulfilled them mostly. Room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked well. Above all, the behaviors of the staffs were excellent.

I checked out a bit early , just after 7=00 in the morning. Getting a cup of tea before my departure was very important for me. The staffs tried to provide it but could not manage in time. I think provision of a cup of tea for the early risers or the early checking out guests will be appreciated by all.

A budget friendly hotel with great double and twin bed rooms, Great services, Delicious food and hygenic stay. It is a very well maintained property at that location and the staffs were supportive and polite as well. Overall it was a good stay.

Very good hotel with Restaurant on EM Bypass well connected with central Kolkata, hardly 5 minutes by MAA flyover. Tourist places like science city, nicco park & Kalighat are very nearby. The staff are very Professional and the check was very smooth as well. Special Thanks to Ms.Shivangee she personally there and always carried a smile and ensured we are comfortable with our stay this gesture is rare and would definitely stay here again in the near future.
