Aauris

The location was great in a quite peaceful area and homely kind of stay

The lobby and reception area is not as shown in the pictures needs clean up especially the toilet near the reception area is bad

The location is a breeze and the breakfast buffet was very tasty

Staff was too loud in the corridors and dining room.

Well located, well connected property. Right in the heart of the city. Clean, well managed, with all the amenities.

AC in the corridors and music in the corridors could be milder.

All facilities are available in the hotel. nice location. Accessible to all area of Park Street. Staffs are really amazing. Food is ltl costly, but that’s ok.

They allowed checking by 10 am and checkout at 1.30 PM. Was there for one day for Visa appointment. It was a convenient location.

Great location

Lobby is small and hotel is generally a bit small

Location

This hotel is not at all value for the money they are charging, rooms are dirty, no hand towels, bathroom too small food too costly

Nice property . Boutique hotel .

Over all ok narrow lanes .

Staff behaviour, cleanliness, sumptuous breakfast

Wifi isn't strong

I came for my US visa interview and the hotel to VAC is Walkable(350M) & the location was Good.

I'm not satisfied with the restaurant's food, and I'm quite disappointed. Other than that all good.

Zoya is a restaurant it's Good

Rooms Are Full Of Smoking odor W.c is fixed in such a way that when you sit, there is no space between you and the washbasin Too congested Ac is wors there is a water coming on the floor area in front of the main door and washroom making foots wet all the time.?Window viewing is LIKE YOU ARE PEEPING NEIGHBORHOODCan't keep the curtain open As you won't have privacy..(surrounded with apartments)Lots of sound disturbance at night in lobby area. As my room was beside service staircase.. The sound was doubled..The Iron stand was Broken, tied with Wires?Over all its Nothing but a waste of your money

Good food

The noise all around was soo annoying and distracted my studies thus failing the whole purpose of travel. The lighting in the room was so pathetic too..

The waiter at the breakfast cafe inside the hotel was so kind. The masala omelette and sourdough toast was delicious. Thanks a million to the excellent chef.We had delicious dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. Very good food.

We didn't mind the hotel, some things were a bit tatty but it was part of the charm of the hotel. The reception staff could have been friendly.

location

one day AC not working then hot water not working

The location is perfect to visit downtown Kolkata. It's close to Park street where you can shop and eat and Victoria memorial, Maidan...Breakfast is nice and staff are really attentive to your needs.Everyone working at the hotel is ready to help you.

Fourniture is a little bit old but everything works fine and is clean.

"Despite a convenient location, the high cost didn't match the disappointing experience—unclean rooms with unpleasant odors. Hoping for improvements."

Unclean

From Start to End everything is perfect. Their staffs are very cooperative, friendly, wonderful behaviours, well mannered, superb service to be honest. Also their room is very large, really clean, well organised. I feel like home to be honest. This hotel is the best hotel I would’ve recommend. Also this hotel will be my permanent address when I’ll travel to Kolkata next time for sure.

Good was close enough to Park Street area

The room was a little depressing. Rooms were dimly lit and the towels were damp not fully dried.

The staff at Aarus was exceptional. The food on 1st floor and rooftop was great too

The location is really good and the rooms are spacious and clean The food is also very good

The wifi was really bad as it kept dropping in every 2-3 mins. The prices are exorbitant high..
