The rooms were clean but it had a little weird odour when entering the rooms. The towels looked dirty though it looked washed.

there was a water leakage problem on the sink. The shower handle was broken. they fix it after complaining but spend pretty much time on fixing it.

the room exhaust wasn’t working, shower was not working properly, the tv wasn’t working properly. less option in breakfast. even after complaining they send the maintenance guy to repair but nothing was fixed. wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I have stayed in this hotel many times but this time was the horrible experience after staying in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Needed to wait for hot water during shower.
Booking. Com not clearly mention all those thing when I have book there shows 2 adult allow I had book a twin bed and when visited they ask that for one extra person some amount with gst have to paid why so Kindly mention clearly somehow they trying to making us fool.
Booking .com had shown 2700 all inclusive. But the hotel charged me 2700+ gst = 3186I felt cheated there

Alcoholic drinks are way too expensive and everytime they serve you, you have to make the payment (which is very disturbing). Also, the WiFi and AC was not working properly
