The Kei Inn & Suites Hotel near Salt Lake

My room at The Kei Inn & Suites was both comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning provided a respite from Kolkata's heat, and the flat-screen TV offered ample entertainment options. The desk space was perfect for catching up on work during my trip!

The staff was accommodating to our needs, and the on-site restaurant offered kid-friendly options. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our family to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The Kei Inn & Suites Hotel's location is ideal for exploring Kolkata. With Nicco Park and Salt Lake Stadium just a short distance away, I found it easy to navigate the city and visit various attractions.

The staff were friendly and the room was fairly clean. The locality was quite peaceful.

There were cockroaches under the bed. No wifi.

The rooms ,staff ,location were all perfect ... Food wise the option was little less . There seemed to be a fixed menu and timing . Rest all good

Manager or receptionist there seemed to be inexperienced. Could have let us known, that the scanner was broken, we could have prepared a hard copy for him well in advance. Kept on insisting that he required a hard copy. I was unrelenting to let my passport be with him, so offered the solution of going to the market, around 700m from the hotel. However, both available 'xerox booths' were closed. Upon negotiating Kolkata's humidity and the uncomfortable trudge back to the hotel, a senior manager, I believe, just required soft copies of the documents in WhatsApp. It was perplexing to note that the previous receptionist or manager kept on insisting for a hard copy when he could also have offered me the same solution. Unnecessary harassment and typical Kolkata insensitivity towards customers.

Not at all value for money. Could have booked better property than this.

Floor dirty. Tv doesn't work. Ac has no remote. Bathroom commode is dirty full of stains. Instant geyser provide only 30 secs of warm water. Wash basin is full of stains.. Toilet door doesn't lock.

The staff is good. The check in was fast. Sorry to say the good things are not a big list. I hope they work on the things mentioned below. check out also was fast.

The place was very much inside in FE block. Also the rooms was little old feel with the window ac making noise. The worst was the room freshener used by them it was terrible. I couldn't sleep properly for that strong smell. I had to leave by 9am so I needed to take a bath in the morning and there was no water for washroom for atleast 20mins. No glasses in the room had to ask for it at night. Hot water kettle not there. Tea or coffee facility not there in the room. So overall feel was not good. Few more things though the staff is good but very different they did was clicked a photo of mine saying Bidhan Nagar Police station has directed them. I have been around West Bengal never did I come across this system ever, I was not comfortable with it.

TV not working, AC is full of sound in which no one can sleep, not even providing the basic thing like mineral water. Room size is to small. Not as per expectation.

It's a family trip and not for holiday we came for medical issues hotel's staff took care of us like a family. If you are a girl and finding a safest shelter then without any second thought you can visit this hotel.

Cleanliness of the hotel.Staff are very hospitable.Pretty impressive for its price range.

It would be better if it is possible to install a new AC as the current AC looks very old and is producing a lot of noise, especially during nighttime. However, considering the price it is tolerable enough. Also, there are no nearby convenience stores to buy water etc which can be a little troublesome.

Considering the range of amenities and the quality of service provided, The Kei Inn & Suites Hotel offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata seeking comfort and convenience!
