Location and breakfast are best. Staff is courteous.

Very noisy with speakers blaring at all hours in reception and rooms with windows are on top of the disco. Also rooms not kept well.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. It's a disgrace to give this hotel a 5 star status. I have booked 2 rooms. Rooms had strong cigarette smell, couldn't sleep till 5:00 AM because of the music. Staff was not helpful.

Please avoid this hotel if you have an important meeting to attend, because their rooms are not sound proof. You will be up till 5:00AM from loud music. Strict non-smoking room policy should be placed. Didn't provide us rooms next to each other.

Comfortable beds.

The staff was snobby.! The shower pressure wasn@t strong. At check-in, they told me if we bought a breakfast or lunch buffet, it was cheaper at the front desk. When I went to purchase breakfast, they said no, Only lunch. Very Disappointiing for a 5 star!

It is tough to get a clean room anywhere in India. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

The room is comfortable to stay in. The housekeeping service is also good.

The airport shuttle service was expensive, and I wanted to cancel my reservation. However, the manager in charge of this process was unhelpful, and their refund policy was poor. I also didn't like loud music, even at midnight; I could hear it from my room.

Disappointing

I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel, and I feel it’s important to bring these issues to your attention.The room allotted to me was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing from the outset.At around 6:30 am, when I went to the gym, I witnessed staff members around the poolside drinking, creating a disturbance. One female staff member was crying, and the situation felt chaotic and completely unprofessional.My Wi-Fi was not working on my laptop. Despite leaving two messages, assistance was delayed and only attended to much later.During checkout, I forgot a box of sweets in the hotel room and also dropped my bracelet in the lobby. I contacted the hotel and was assured that this would be checked and I would be called back. Unfortunately, no one followed up, despite the matter being time-sensitive. I had specifically wanted the sweets to be handed over to a friend staying nearby, who was travelling to my city but due to the lack of response, this was not possible.To add to this, during checkout there was another disturbing incident in the lobby, with a staff member crying loudly and police presence, which further reinforced the feeling that the environment was not being managed appropriately.Overall, the experience did not reflect the service, professionalism, or ambience of a five-star property. I am extremely disappointed, especially given the reputation of your brand.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and reviewed internally so that future guests do not face similar issues. Location could not be better. Housekeeping staff were extremely nice and attentive - esp Pritam on 2nd floor. Room was nice and clean too.I had also asked for a late checkout and they were nice enough to accommodate that.

Reception/concierge was slow and not welcoming. Very lackadaisical attitude.

Too noisy, clubs play music till early morning. The windows though a bit sound proof spread the vibrations from bass speakers.

The location is accessible to some of the most iconic restaurants in the city. The residence lounge was quiet albeit tiny. Rooms were decently appointed and upper management were very attentive and hospitable. My secondary booking of 3 nights was upgrade to suite to match my primary booking - excellent service recovery by the associate director of front office who personally visited my suite to address the myriad issues that kept cropping up. The housekeeping and room dining staff were fantastic - warm and genuine.

No welcome drinks or in room check in provided as per my booking. No extra luggage rack. Bathroom leaked. Street facing rooms feel the bass till past midnight from the nightclubs below. Bell in the second suite wasn’t working. Cockroach found in bathroom. Internet kept dropping out and the QR codes for in room dining did not work. At check in the person who greeted me at the counter was bored and dismissive and immediately got on her phone after asking me to come back to wait again in another line after my waiting in line for the first time. I enquired why, they had no adequate reason - I guess their mobiles are more important than guests who’ve booked 9 nights worth of cumulative stay at the hotel.

Breakfast and staff was good.

My room was freezing cold and I fell sick with my arthritis. Almost had to go to hospital. Had to call doctor. Room did not have a heating system and I could not sleep any of the nights due to severe leg cramps.

The location is very good. There are four clubs and a bar on the ground floor, which makes it lively. There are also many nearby restaurants, so you don’t have to go far for nightlife and food.

Entry to the clubs requires an entry fee.

The location

The toilet was clogged as soon as i entered i saw the bathroom was dirty, the washbasin was also clogging and the toilet seat was broken. The switch boards did not work and were broken, the blanket was full of mold had to change it twice. It was disgusting, never staying again here and it says 5 star hotel!!! Extremely disappointed! Waste of money!

Pathetic in all ways

Nothing,The colour combination that they use in their rooms is very dingy, it's black and green, the bathroom seems to be a huge pillar like feature protruding into the room.intially i thought it was a pillar.Overall experience when you enter the room is of dark black area especially with hlf dummy window which lets very less light.

Suite was very nice ! Close to USA embassy

The discotheque was very loud

The place was clean. Complimentary Breakfast was good. There was enough space for a small family to stay overnight.

The response from the staff was not up to the mark. No Hotel cab facility available.

Location great, and low level staff fantastic

Was cheated out of the room category I actually ordered, and the room had endless malfunctions (including the door lock not responding to key, and much more… hours of dealing with nonsense).

The staff at reception was very rude they provided very small room for deluxe king please don’t believe in pictures what they uploaded

Room size for 3 persons is way tooo small for the tarrif charged, Restaurant prices are way too high!
