Golden Heaven Hotel & Restaurant

Absolutely nothing. This hotel is about 1.5 km from international arrival. I understand people choose this place mostly for sleeping at night for transit purpose and so do I. Thus they should at least provide a comfort bed with a clean sheet, pilow and towel ... That's it. But there were stain on my sheet and they provided a "synthetic towel" which doesn’t soak water at all !!I understand and accept small room, old furniture and 'not nice bathroom'. But dirty bed sheet and synthetic towel ! Come on !!

The hotel is not clean at all. The mattress was torn out, bathroom had no hot water. Horrible experience

It was too much dirty where people stay in their I don’t know if the staff there were sleeping they didn’t even checked the bed before we check in there was blood on even the pillow cover was full of blood they didn’t even changed the sheets.

Room interior was very old and lots of moulds all around the wall.

Bed was okay... Hotel location was very near to airport... A big relief.. The helping staff was really good,.. He helped with the luggage, a very good listener

washroom was pretty unusable.... Water dripping... Flush not working... No handwash.. No Shampoo... Comod was broken..... Hotel was not very lively... Weird silence all over

Room is not good. Very small room and not hygiene. Price is so high. Other providers was changed Rs800

The kind man on duty at reception was so accommodating with check-in, given that the flight arrival time was late. He was also very helpful too when I needed to book a taxi into the city the following morning. Great location from the airport, & good value for money too.

Nothing. Room were so worse , seepage smell was their and 1/2 of room was under seepage only

Staff. Their was not staff in morning for checking out from hotel. Because of them i was about to miss my flight

The room is very small and was not clean. The shower in the bathroom was also not working. TV also not having many sports channels.People should look for another other hotels.

Blanket was dirty. Toilet is not very good. Water clogs in the basin. Location on map is wrong. It's actually far from the location showing.

The irony is Got jet lag in domestic flight

Worst location we had flight early morning and couldn’t sleep due to some musical program and karaoke singing which was pathetic

It's just beside highway. Not good for night staying.

The location of the property is nearer to Netaji Subhash Ch Bose International Airport. It is a walkable distance and that is the only reason for choosing the hotel. The staff is also good and well-spoken.

a) The location described is incorrect. You will not find the location as per Google Maps. It's almost a km away from what is shown on maps.b) The bathroom is dirty.c) The kambal/quilt is very dirty.d) There are mosquitoes in the room but no mosquito repellant machine.e) With every truck passing by the nearby road, the room shakes, very poor foundation, felt earthquakes the whole night.f) No complimentary water bottle was available.

Overall Hotel , Rooms n The Staffs Are Good. All The Morden Amenities Are There. But If You Are To Pick Up Flight ✈️, Than Its Not a Good Location.

Location Is Not Good For Flight Travelers.

That it's near airport, else it was a very bad room.

Everything was horrible when we were taken to our room. We had booked seeing the photos of the room online but those photos are totally misleading. Size of the room was too small, stained bedsheet, dirty curtains, too hard taps because of being old......in short, we had a very disappointing time being there.
