Unprofessional and rude Staff, I was travelling with my wife and they give me nightmares. This room. Attendant guy was drunk all the time.

The location of the property is good.

the Staff behaviour is very rude, and whenever I ask for something, they always have one answer to it and that is no I was travelling with my wife and I found the room wasn’t safe, The door was two sided open There was a gap in between the door so anyone can see from outside the fan was broken and when I asked them to change my room, they denied. They said they don’t have any room available at that date, but when I checked in the Booking app, it was available. The room number is 108.

This is actually nothing to like about the property due to Staff behaviour which is very rude and they are not helpful at all. They gave us a shitty room. I asked them to change my room. They said they don’t have room, but they actually had available rooms and it was horrible.

Staff are very cooperative. Lunch and dinner facility available but the price are bit high.

Same menu for breakfast.

The room was very big and spacious with a comfortable bed and mattress, The bathroom was clean and the TV remote wasn't working later they changed the cell.

AC was not working and it's not worth the amount we pay for the hotel, floor was sticky and it's not clean

The staffs are very cooperative and helpful, location of the hotel is good and having value for money.

The quality of complementary breakfast is not up to the standard level. It needs to be improved.

In spite of confirmed booking when reached the hotel the front office told me that there is no booking in my name

Liked everything about the stay. Breakfast was good and variation exist. Loved the quietness, no disturbance as such. AC was working, room was clean. Easy to reach, food options around hotel is plenty.

Wi-fi. Unstable and not available in morning. This is one of the main requirement I had, but in spite of raising this again and again, both the days of I my stay I found they probably switch off the broadband by 12 am and do not switch on next day before 11 am.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is very good option for the railway traveller. Bus stand is also nearby. A limited parking space but managable. Room is slightly compact but managable for two. Room is equiped with the basic & required amenities. Bed is of Queen size. Breakfast is having limited items but taste good.

Overall good experience except food quality needs to be improved, though Complimentary Breakfast was good, but dinner was too spicy and oily and even limited options in menu. Service is required to be improved, I felt like lack of manpower, even receptionist denied one or two services quoting the same.

Property was looking good and very convenient. Property was neatly maintained and clean. Staff were very helpful.

They directed us to another third class hotel. They are always doing fraud especially in Kolkata however in Bhuwaneshwor it was fine. We got the hotel we booked. Be careful of these scammers

Wifi signal was weak, cable TV didn't work, Lift is small.

Room doors was not good, if some one will open the door the vibration comes to next room. Staff room was on a same floor and it was very noisy

The staff was impolite while serving breakfast. I had to ask a couple of times for petty things with their continuous denial mode
