The location.

While some staff were kind, others just wanted to make things difficult. (Example — we came down with our laundry. They told us to return to our room with the laundry and wait for someone to pick it up a few minutes later. Just silly. Another example — in various places they say laundry is done at 5 or 7, then they said 8, then 9. In reality, the night we needed to pack for early departure the next morning, not only was it not delivered until after 10 pm but the staff got combative and actually hung up on my husband when he called to ask when it would be delivered. Internet is awful. Constantly kicking you off and saying you’re reached a cap, which the staff seemed to have no clue how to solve and just kept ignoring until one person fixed it easily — for that day. Maintenance is not good — mold covers the walls in the bedroom around the bathroom, and using the shower resulted in water all over the bathroom.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They were really sweet. The location is great. I contacted them because I would be arriving very late in the night and they were responsive.

The morning breakfast is just OK. The hotel itself needs some work and a refresh. The walls need to be painted and things need to be updated. But the rooms are still OK.

I really liked the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. Invaluable was Ms. Chaina Sharma, who also offered to help me with my saree, attended to all my questions, and made excellent suggestions about city sightseeing.

The exterior doesn't do the place justice. The building looks outdated and uninviting, and I was a little concerned when I arrived.

i booked the room for two days(3 and 4th oct)(checkout on 5th morning ) and i was supposed to checkout frm my room in the evening and when i mentioned this while chec-in the staff start to argue with us that why will u check out in the eveni g time why ur not leaving the next day and later that day they started to force me and my family to leave the rooom on 4th oct and the experience was horrible

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.If they could just spend a little bit on the overall upkeep of the hotel and ensuring that some things are kept away from the guests eyes - for ex. A floor polishing machine was kept in the hotel lobby and it stayed there during my entire stay of 10 days.I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on the variety, but their restaurant had a lot of jain food options and the food was quite good (when I had lunch there).The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff and people at the reception were super helpful.Would like to repeat my stay if the hotel spends a little bit on renovations :)

Buffet breakfast was outstanding - big range of options

1. Wifi was terrible and logged out every few minutes. 2. Front rooms get quite a lot of noise, and vibrations from trucks on the overpass feel like an earthquake when laying in bed.

Disappointing

They should have mentioned earlier that they are a complete vegetarian hotel. As for a non-veg people, its hard to stay veg for a week. Moreover, their internet facility is very poor. As a journalist, no can work with it.

Very dangerous hotel for early or late check-in. This hotel is closed when I arrived. And in few minutes that I was waiting outside, 2 very suspicious person approached and force me to join them. They tried to grab my bag. I asked booking.com to block this hotel. But no action. if you do not want any risk of kidnapping, avoid this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

It was an absolute horrendous experience overall. The staff don't follow basic decorum. They barged into my room without notice. The staff at the reception was rude . The hotel is noisy with no sound proofing at all and the bed shakes because of the heavy vehicles passing by. Terrible experience overall.

Close to great shops and restaurants around Elgin. Many excellent coffee shops and bohemian style eateries hidden away. 5 min walk to Park and Metro. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wi-Fi was glitchy.

The property is at a very good place from where almost everything is easily accessible. Atleast it was very convenient to me as I had work in a place nearby . Staff was helpful. Service was nice

They don't have fans in room. Only AC which makes it a bit uncomfortable as after a point you will start feeling cold and you don't have a fan . Rate can be a bit cheaper. We were 3 occupants but the room size was small

The location was convenient for my plans. I stayed for almost ten days. Overall I was very satisfied. The staff was very efficient and professional, I was checked in by Rahul. The room was clean and the AC worked very well, it was the month of August and it felt nice to walk into the lobby and the room. The restaurant is excellent. It is fully veg, the food is very tasty. I remember the Kadahi paneer which I look forward to having again when I am back there. The restaurant is very popular can get crowded quickly during the peak dining times. The service at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was served there and I found it to my liking and I looked forward to my morning coffee, the veg delicacies and the great service.

Everything met my expectations. It is in a busy part of the city, but one inside I found the place to be secluded and did not feel the bustle right outside. Overall a convenient stay for me.
