Location was excellent.Great connectivity to.most places.Maidan Metro staion is a 2 minutes walk.Good eateries around - Russel Street 6,Blue Poppy:)Staff was cooperative & friendly.Breakfast was decent, masala omlette with toast was good?

Rooms were too small and corridors smelt smoky most of the times.

Behaviour of one receptionist of the hotel called Sumit was not good. His dealings was rough and not at all helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, prompt and very good range of foods and personal preference in beverage.Staff were helpful and very prompt with laundry service.Reception/booking managers were professional and found it easy to understand our simple requests which made our dealings smooth and stressless.Love this area, so close to Camac St, bars, to parks and to the Muslim areas and Bengali cuisine on other side of Park St. Just requires a good room like this to escape the traffic noise and air, and refresh.Don’t want to bore you with more…

Please put fly screens on opening windows so we can get some morning air!Shower a little cramped, but okay for smaller person.

Hotel is mess. Cleanliness is issue and staff are noncooperative

Location is good.

First of all the environment inside the hotel is gloomy and don't give any positive vibe. The property became too old and need renovation. Bed was okay but the pillow was not at all comfortable. Staff who are working there are not at all professional but they are good at heart. The hotel is situated at 3rd floor and there is no elevator you have to carry your baggage by yourself. No body will help you! We stayed there two nights and had breakfast! Limited options of breakfast!! My opinion is you may find better options near or around the hotel. There are no views from the room.

Half of rooms in the property do not have a window. They are located inside the building. Contact the staff before booking!I had to change my room as here was no oxygen flow during the night.

Nice stay in Middleton inn, specially two staffs Amit and Ravi were very good, well mannered very helpful

I spoke to the hotel and told them that I will have an early check in and I ll leave by 6 pm same day with o extra charges and they confirmed but still they had charged me for an extra half day and the lady at the reception was unfriendly in attitude I ll never recommend this property ro anybody

Dear Sir/Madam,I am pained to write to you this email.I did 2 bookings through Booking.com for Middleton Inn, Kolkata, India Confirmation: 3694563284 and Confirmation: 3813257227But the Hotel Called me in the night at the last moment and informed that they are unable to provide the Room.The Single lady for whom i had booked was left with no choice but to search the new hotel in the night time in Kolkata. This is a serious matter.The manager at the hotel was not available to talk, The hotel made some arrangements in a shanty small room which was not fit for occupation.Even today also i have not recd. any call from the property.I request you to kindly check the issue and Blacklist the Property at Booking. com.Finally i had to find out and make some other alternative arrangements, for the safety of my guest.Thanks and RegardsPrafulla shastri
