Collection O Aafreen Tower Near St. Thomas's Church

Nothing good. Everything is bad. They cheated on me. Booking.com said that it handed 5135 inr. But they charged me 5907 inr. Every where top to bottom lies.I never even come back to kolikata.

I am don't like anything.

The room was not clean.. it was been booked 1 week before. Once I reach they were providing me non AC room.. very bad service desiponted.

Hotel staff are very disappointment they made me wait for 1 hour for just check in as they were not getting enough payment which I booked online... After long travel I was tired but they don't respect...

The location is great. It is near Esplanade as well as Park street. The Hotel is 24X7 open and is safe for people as the members of the hotel are awake 24*7. Chandan da (one of the hotel member) really helped us.

Improvement can be done in blankets as these are a bit thinner.

Worst experience

bed sheet, blanket cover, pillow cover were not clean. Basin and taps were filthy .

Terrible Stay – Filthy Room and Disgusting BathroomI had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty and in desperate need of attention. Worst of all, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting—there were visible stains, grime, and a strong foul odor.To make matters worse, the entire room was infested with cockroaches! They were crawling all over the place, including inside the bathroom. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such poor hygiene standards.I approached the staff about the issues, but the response was either slow or dismissive. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness, but this hotel fell way below even the most minimal standards. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you care about cleanliness and comfort.

Only location was near new market.

Very dirty, room was very uncomfortable. Staff was not very professional. Tissue, water, toilet tissue nothing was provided.

It's too dirty, reception peoples are not co operative at all.

Their service is very bad, staff behaviour is rude. Even i didn’t get a simple toilet tissue & soap after 24 hours from check in.

Condition of toilet was poor. Toilet and room mirror was too blur and worst. Blankets was not comfortable. Tap for was basin was not working.

WORST Please don’t stay in here…they are thieves, rooms are nasty,leak in washrooms ,full of insects,stains on their bedsheets, cant bring outside food, will charge you double for guests, they will steal your charger,cards anything…force you for tips

Reception Staffs Sounds very rude. They don't know even H of Hospitality. Guards standing at the gate used to stare you and your bags very pathetic. Booking. Com should have train them properly and let them know what is hospitality and how it work's. They are not allowing outside food to take in and if you bring something guards will always ask what is in the bag. Seriously very annoyingAlways whenever you checked out staffs asked and force you for tip. They will gather and embarrass you. I means literally, we are paying service charge taxes then what is point of asking money. Everyone should agree with this, staffs always embarrass and force you for tip

Very Bad Experience with the hotel confirmed through booking.com

Stuff is very rude and non cooperative, after reach at Hotel little late (due to huge rush at immigration as pre informed during booking) hotel stuff initially denied to provide any room and said no room empty and at last after huge bargaining with my family member, hotel stuff given one non AC room but they demand the full rent amount as per booked for AC room and do not want to give room if not paid the full AC room amount, so having no option since quite late and both my member are female they paid full amount for three days and they do not want to compromise any rent though giving non AC room for one day and next day they changed to AC room but not good. So now you decide how you feel if some one do not kept commitment and on top of very bad behaved with you..............

Liked only the food delivery to the room.

Initially they refused my booking, saying they cancelled my booking and no reservation and hotel is full, although i paid 25% advance. Later on i had to call their head office and guve them to talk. They do not appreciate any reservation by booking. Com. I would not like to stay there in future. Inside the room not properly painted and poor maintenence.

1st time They refused to give room.after that they give room with more cost.I was in trouble.

Location is good, also the elevator is good

No slipper, no Tissue in Bathroom, no Brush, no pest, no water provide

Wonderful hotel with great staff who are always willing to help. The rooms are clean and spacious.

It's evident that the hotel prioritizes direct bookings to avoid commission fees, disregarding the inconvenience caused to guests. I strongly advise against booking with this hotel until they address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction over profit.
