Comfortable stay. Rooms are neat & clean. The reception staff are very friendly and cooperative.

The staff are very professional and friendly. Especially the front desk staff RIYA and also the restaurant staff as well. Food was nice. Rooms are well maintained neat and clean.

Had many facilities, breakfast menu was elobrate, but was very monotonus, their chinese food was very nice, south indian chutneys bad.

General cleanliness, and decor of the lobby, we were charged5 star rates, but the ambience was not so. ventilation in the bathroom was poor.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at Pride Plaza was an absolute disaster—a complete waste of money. There is nothing “pride” about this place, only mismanagement and terrible service.•The non-smoking floor reeked of a disgusting odor, making it impossible to sleep. It felt unhygienic and unbearable.•No working telephone line—couldn’t call reception, housekeeping, or room service. Had to walk down for every little thing. Unacceptable for a so-called premium hotel.•Air conditioning didn’t work, and no one cared enough to fix it. Spent the night sweating in discomfort.•Paid ₹5,700, but even an OYO at ₹600 would have been a better experience.•The worst part? The breakfast experience. Instead of a peaceful morning, I got to hear the chef screaming at staff or fighting with each other in the kitchen. Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing for a hotel of this standard.This place is a shameful excuse for a hotel. Stay away—don’t waste your money like I did.

Disappointing

Property maintenance should be improved a lot. Bathroom had several stains in it, carpet in the room was dirty. Door of the room was not soundproof. Not expected this from a 5 star

the check in process was smooth. the room was big enough for a single person. Mohan from housekeeping was very helpful. the breakfast buffet was nice. ?

-the carpet floors of the room were very dirty. they were desperately shouting for deep steam cleaning. ?the fact that i could not walk barefoot in my room was concerning. ?-on the day of my checkout (8/03/25) i had ordered some very important documents printout from blinkit but the guard did not allow the delivery guy to deliver it to the reception and when i talked to him on the phone he was very rude to me. the delivery guy also faced a lot of problems. I had a very difficult time navigating this situation because of the guard’s stubbornness. ???the delivery guy was asking me to come downstairs and take the parcel from him but i couldn’t as i was getting ready for an important event and i was getting very late. i had to call the front desk multiple times and then the issue was resolved and the documents got delivered to my doorstep. this whole experience was extremely mentally taxing. ?the management needs to train their staff better. ?-the lobby washroom is an absolute mess ?

I didn’t checked in as it was a half a day booking and it was not properly mentioned in the booking.com site…. By the time we reached it was already the time for check out as the hotel provide room for only till 6pm

Exceptional value for money. A no-frill 5-star facility at an excellent location. Restaurants and movie halls within the building.

I don’t expect anything more at this cost. However management may look at the BF facility which is slightly mismanaged. At times there is shortage of coffee cups and salt dispensers. I stayed there for five days and had to steal butter from other tables because they don’t refill.

is for name saken 5 star but it is not .. the property is old and not maintained .. when we entered in the hotel late evening there was strange smell of drainage in entire hotel lobby area ..i have booked superior room .. curtain were not hooked properly .. scratches on chair .. stains on toilet floor .. locker safe not working .. faded room towels .. no hand napkins .. they even dont have a full length mirror which normal hotel has..service is also very slow .. or person may not come .. :p

First trip to this hotel in 4-5 years, location is good and close to the airport, room service food was good, breakfast was also good.

The hotel needs some refurbishment as its getting a little tired now.

Aged interiors of rooms, impolite staff , unhygienic upholstery in the coffee shop.

Staffs were humble, though there wasn't much smiles involved during the conversation.

Paid 5347/- for a gloomy room filled with dirt and moulds. No need to add photos here cause the management is pretty sure about the rooms conditions. AC doesn't work, amenities missing. Fairfield is offering much more clean and tidy rooms at the same pricing. Am not sure who is the housekeeping in charge, but the person requires a demotion.

Overpriced.

Services took so long. We had to call multiple times for simple requests. Breakfast was meh.

I had early departure at 5.00 am and hence had no breakfast.

Poor supply and quantity of linen. 1 towel for 2 guests.No hand towel.No bathroom mat. 1 toothbryforc2 adult guests.

Too long check in more than 30 minutes. Property like bath towel hand towel are too old not standard of 5 atar hotel it is like local guest house standard. Room service is similar with Dhaba hotel they asked Bill payment just after taking food it is first time in my life I stayed in star and non star hotels in india and and many countries they never asked instant payment just after food. It was horrible experience in my life.

I don't like to stay again and not to recommend to others.
