Hotel O2 Oxygen

Location, room service, breakfast.

Check in took almost 20 mins.. Bedsheets and blankets werent too clean. Mattress when cold felt wet and uncomfortable. And twin bed size is too small for a family with kids. Rooms were dark and dingy. Bathrooms small.

Staff are not cooperative, even not shared the signed bill and company name to claim since i booked from booking . com.

Breakfast was good, restaurant staff was attentive. Rooms of a sufficient size and quiet.

Front desk staff without a single smile, acting bureaucratic and apparently paper-based only. Registration process had to be repeated when staying a second night just five days after the first night. An agreement made via eMail was not documented, i had to remind of.

location is good and a good option if think of staying overnight in transit

Wifi Speed was not stable

Value for money. Location great if you wish to be close proximity to airport

Free airport drop

Did not have breakfast. Location good in terms of close proximity to the international airport and good aray of shops in walking distance including pharmacies.

Closeness to the airport and excellent food.

Magnificent buffet breakfast Close to airport

Room was a bit noisy from neighbouring air conditioning not too bad

The hotel was quite clean. Good staff, quick response in anything I request. It’s close to the airport, buffet breakfast was great. Also all the rest of their food were great, tasty.

No swimming pool.

Poor service and not fit for purpose

Not the best place, poor value for money and definitely not worth the hassle. Filthy dirty and rubbish quality.

The hotel's staff, food at dinner and the location.

The breakfast was horrible! There was a wedding and they started playing shop at 7AM and the property did nothing about it. There are there bunch of hotels with similar names it’s difficult to find the right one. The price is that of a 3-4 star hotel and the facilities and feel of the place are like that of an Oyo.

The worst thing about this place is the breakfast! It’s dirty and just very disgustingly crowded. The marriage party was rowdy and pouncing on the food like they’re coming from Somalia.

Staff is super helpful. It’s a great location - close to the airport but also easy to get to Kolkata tourist attractions from there.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work very well.

Location

Cleanliness of restaurants poor and congested too

Everything... Starting from location, room, cleanliness, location all are excellent. We enjoyed staying and would love to visit this hotel again.

There is no cons actually. One thing I may advise that atleast provide king size bed in the suit room so that 2 adult and 2 children below 10 years can easily accommodate.

Nothing special

Washroom door doesn’t fit . It opens on its own.cleaning is not good.

I was a bit flustered when i came into reception. While I was waiting to book in the manager came up to me and said that he was giving me the Presidential Suite at no extra cost - it was a huge room. Bonus!

Dirty property, small lift up to level 5, but hotel rooms up to level 6. Dirty toilet, very small room.

There's no facility as like star hotel.

Staff behavior, Food quality and portionLocationFacilities in the room,All these ate good

Service are worthless.1. Asked twice to clean the room after dinner, but no one bother to come even till morning.2. Intercom Phone near bed was not working, once complained at night told from Reception that someone is coming to check but till morning checkout no one came. So, had to use washroom intercom.3. Gym is there but it was locked since I waited 8.30 in the morning and it was told by reception that, after trainer arrive it will be opened. Who knows who will use after that.

Clean and comfortable room. Also staff attitude

My room was on front side close to road so bit noisy due to vehicles on road

Everything

They charged us separately for our 13 year old son stating that he will be treated as an adult, though there was no meal included.
