Great reception area, front office staff were nice but very slow in check in process. Please provide them with a faster printer/scanner to print/scan passports and OCI documents

It was a terrible location, the surrounding of the city was not clean. No view to outside as windows were put with non-transparent glass with very thick curtain. The first room given ie room #1103 had strong sewerage smell in the bath room. By keeping bathroom door open the same smell coming in to main room. Room was changed to 1107, same sewerage smell started coming by next day. Luckily we stayed one night so we were done. It was our first time coming to this property and never going to stay in this property in future

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location of the Hotel

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff, particularly at the reception, were slow and often unreasonable. What stood out the most was the overly forced greetings and behavior that felt unnatural—many of them hovered around me during checkout in a way that strongly suggested they were expecting a tip, despite having had little or no interaction with me during my stay (8 - 10 Staffs).The most troubling part was when the air conditioner in my room failed to work properly. We had to call the staff around 1:00 AM to get it fixed. As an engineer, I could clearly see this was not a sudden malfunction but rather a result of poor maintenance. It's frustrating to see such negligence, especially when the room is advertised as one of the best suites in the hotel.Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve both the service quality and maintenance standards.

Excellent location, near the main tourist sites and withing walking distance of Eden Gardens. Really liked the Bengali restaurant.

Bit hectic at breakfast. Not enough tables for everyone. I queued for a dosa, but gave up in the end.

The hotel and facilities and staff is amazing,We loved the fact that it's really closed to the metro station and near to a lot of places we wanted to visit

The area around the hotel is a market so it can get very crowded and difficult to navigate in the evenings, so need to be mindful of that

Duty Manager, Akash and Maitree were too great in hospitality and took immediate action on every requirement of ours in minutes

It would get busy sometimes at breakfast time and looking for table i feel table should be allocated by staff at entrance breakfast room as sometimes you would see one or two people have taken table for 4Otherwise it was good ?

Excellent service, very accomodating. Had some issues with parcel delivery to the hotel and that got sorted with the helpful staff. When one of my family member was sick, they went out of the way to show their concern. Very impressed. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

Very bad and disappointing - luckily, I had only booked 2 nights.

I left the hotel and changed to another hotel because it was so bad. It was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com The hotel claimed 4 star but it was like 1 star, and it was not clean. It was so bad that I actually left and changed hotels.

I am an old customer at this hotel, since last 20 years. Sr Staffs are cordial and good.

For the first time in my 20 years of association with this hotel, first time I was asked to pay the room rent before checking in, even though I had told the reception lady, about my profile, & one Sr. Staff was also present exchanging pleasentaries , yet the lady was insisting on advance payment.I have been travelling to many international & domestic destinations & staying with Holiday Inn, Ramada etc. no properties has shown such an indecent attitude & approach.It's a humiliation & question of my integrity which obviously allows me to rethink of booking peerless hotel, kolkata. This is not a professional approach

Very good location, exactly at the city center, everything is close. Hotel staffs were very nice. Very good breakfast.

Not value for money. There is no other facility. Only room and restaurant. For that price is too high. Also part of rooms are not well mentioned.

the resteraunt in the evening needs to help the staff understand that patrons want a waiter to take an order and bring it in a reasonable time. Hanging about the table and shuffling around but taking and hour to bring a bowl of noodles is sort of ridiculous.
