Lytton Hotel

Food was good

Very dirty looking washroom. Very old and stained toilets. Not expected with over 6000 per night

I've been a customer for almost 30 years. Staff changed from time to time (as expected), but the Lytton has always been friendly, helpful, and safe. Their clientelle is international. Excellent location.

Location and behavior of staff is very good

bathroom is too old and room as well

Breakfast is good and location is excellent .

Hotel next door now going on construction. It is creating some noise for boarder of the hotel.

LOCATION, RESTAURANT, BREAKFAST

ROOM AMBIENCE & BATHROOM,

The room size were decent and the food was great, ordered twice. Chicken biryani was good.

The room was a bit unclean and encountered few cockroaches in the room. Overall it was a bit overpriced.

Firstly Location,Secondly staffs services was very good.

About Complementary breakfast would not satisfactory .

All the staff is very polite and helpful . I enjoyed staying with them ?. Me and my wife had a lovely time just next to the new market . If you like to do lots of shopping and eat fresh food stay here as it's very close to all places . Just 10 min walk all you need .

The location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

They need to update their bedding. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable

Like only location

There were two bed but it was too small. Lift was not working and breakfast too poor

The hotel location is good near to New Market. The hotel staff's service is good. Dining food is well.

Bed sheets, Pillows, Pillow covers, and Towels are very old. These should be changed. Room cleanness is needed.

Location was good, rooms a good size and everything worked

The Hotel says that it has three restaurants. One of these is just a bar and the other two simply don’t exist! Other guests smoking outside our room all night meant that there was a constant drift of cigarette smoke through the large gap under the bedroom door

Dissatisfied

The place isn't clean at all. The stuff are rude and not accommodating. They don't even provide the bare minimum like toothbrush and hotel slippers.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. It was OK.

However the hotel is tired and I thought quite expensive for what it was. No restaurant, although breakfast was OK. the bar was dark and not particularly welcoming.

Room Size

a, Cleanlinessb. Staff's communication, casualc. Noised. Bathroom fittings/ very old & leak in fittings caused wet floore. Bucket in bathroomf. No paste or Brushg. Hand wash liquid

Breakfasts were good, especially if you like an Indian diet. The Sunset Bar is a lovely place to have a drink & meet locals

Awful

Very shabby room, no water in the room, no tooth brush not even a TV remote. Didn’t get the TV even after asking repeatedly

Room very ok. Staff very nice

Restaurant closed. Renovation

Staff is good, location is good, good clinliness

You didnt refund my break fast !

Very nice rooms. Large and well equipped. Nice area with many shops around.

Careful: They charged me more than I was supposed to pay with my booking. I booked for around 3500 including tax and they charged 4000 for unknown reasons.
