Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

Staff service, cleanliness

Breakfast options and quality was less than expected Dust in outside breakfast area from building wort next door.

Staff very friendly and responsive

Great location and the staff was really fantastic.

Our dinner wasn’t great, but the breakfast is really good.

Amazon location, hotel & food. My family truly enjoyed the hospitality of the amazing staff.

Lovely and welcoming staffs. Well furnished and clean facilities.

The breakfast was good. Only the live counter was taking too long. There was no system and it was delayed a lot.

The delayed service of the live counters.

Very CleanFriendly StaffGreat Spa

Food a bit expensive (breakfast/ restaurant), otherwise everything very good!

My friend and I loved the hotel for its location, as it was centrally situated in Old Kolkata and within walking distance to many landmarks, including the Victoria Memorial, St. Paul's Cathedral, Park Street, and the metro station. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which was substantial and delicious every day. The hotel staff were excellent and really helped us when we got stuck in the flooding due to the rain. They dried my sneakers without charge and were proactive in checking if we needed anything else. I highly recommend the Kenilworth and will definitely stay here again!

My only constructive criticism is that we missed out on using an airport shuttle, as that information was not clear. I just wish that information was more upfront on the website.

Neat and clean rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly , almost a 5 star property at 4 star rate

Clean, good food, friendly staff

They charge even for a bucket of ice

NIce comfortable stay. Very co-operative staff. Specially Nisha at the front desk and Manasi in the Restaurant. Will certainly stay there itself in my next Kolkata visit.

All is good

It is a wonderful cozy place for the staycation. After whole day of roaming in Kolkata I come back to the hotel and rested very well. Everyone in the hotel is very welcoming.

The flush button in the toilet was broken it used to fall from the socket but still working. That might need repair

Good value. Good location. Staff very helpful.

Three things , the staff attitude and behavior. Would like to mention Rohan Siraj. Great guy. And the lovely food and excellent location.

Can’t think of anything.

Very well located, good staff and excellent food quality

Possibly the pricing can be better

I have never seen a cheat hotel and travel agent like yours. I booked for a day but you cheated me for 2 days debiting my card for 2 days stay. What kind of a travel agent and a hotel are you? Check your credentials or else I am putting this up in Social Media. I am giving 2 days to you for this.

Clean, comfortable, good room service

The location is amazing. I stayed in the Premier Suite which is in the Heritage Wing. The rooms are huge and well spaced. Fitted with all amenities you need including a coffee machine. There are ample windows. The bed and the pillows super comfortable. Service by the staff is top notch. The location of the hotel is the most convenient. Some of the things which I feel should be improved:Quality of the towels - they need to be replaced with some new and fluffy ones. The current ones are too thin. The coffee at their breakfast restaurant needs to be better.Overall this hotel is very good value for money.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The reception to in room dining and the security staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. This was our 3rd or fourth stay here. It’s like our home away from home, every time we are in Kolkata. The food at the restaurant was excellent. There is also an in-house spa which was very well equipped and the massage therapist Surela was very well trained. Nawab, the hair stylist is very well trained too and did my hair look really nice. He took time to do the hair treatment, without trying to hurry up.

room dining menu is much higher prices than local market , they have good spacious International standards restaurant , spa also is expensive , just few minutes walk you may have half price thai massage , anyway overall is good hotel. no issue at all, staff is extremely good
