Room was clean, staffs are very polite. I specially like their buffet breakfast, restaurant was very clean and staff were very helpful. Finally, our stay was nice.

Check out time is strictly maintained. Anyway, if this is management decision then everybody is to follow that

The hotel is located central to Kolkata, so it's easy to walk to things. The staff were not the most friendly but very helpful nonetheless. The breakfast is well made and delicious.

The hotel is located in a very busy market. It's extremely crowded, smelly, and dirty on the street in front of the Lindsay. It's also tough to drive to or from the hotel due to the market. The food is OK but was a lot less good on the weekend.

Reception se leke restaurant tak sare employees best hai. Jo v problem ho turant slove kar dete hai. Bht badiya hotel h. Location also very good. Sirf housekeeping k side thoda thik ho to hotel or v acha ho jayega.

Mujhe Housekeeping thoda problem huwa. Cleaning thik nhi karte hai. Tea cups ko only water se wash karke rakh dete hai table p. Very bad. I'm very disappointed.

Breakfast was OK - limited selection. The general condition of the hotel was a bit wore and ragged - it could do with better maintenance

Nothing! The room was filthy when it was given to us full of dust everywhere.Curtains needed to be changed and the fridge was full of ice and made terrible noises at night.The room smelt musky and the walls looked terrible as if someone spat on them.

Excellent value. Bed super comfortable. Great location and staff. Quiet and comfortable.

There was nothing worth mentioning apart from mediocre food and proximity to new market.

Everything from greedy staff looking for tips for every smile, very rude and argumentative receptionist at 9AM, dirty rooms and smelly asiles, not even basic toiletaries and when requested multiple times it took them forever to provide such inferior quality of toiletaries. No information about even reception, housekeeping, maintenance contact #. Dirty and dull linen, dusty curtains and dingy setup. Hospitality never existed for them and everyone seemed to be obliging us by even talking to us. WORST STAY EVER THANKS TO PEGIONS KNOCKING THE GLASS FURTHER...it is better to stay at railway platform...shear wastage of money. Don't stay even if they pay you 5 times the tariff as a reward.

The location and the breakfast were decent.

The amenities of the room were extremely poor. The room and the toilet were not even clean.

The location is very comfortable.

1. The toilet looks very old. Shower set-up was wrong.2. Buffet breakfast is almost the same everyday. 3. Restaurant staff on the rooftop are not professional.

The location. The staff. The rooftop restaurant. Location is very busy and road is very, very, busy. However it is centrally located in the heart of New Market.

Facilities are becoming aged. Not the best value for money. I have stayed at The Lindsay four times over the last 5 years. Whilst it is still one of the better quality hotels in this area, it has dropped off in standard. The location and staff are still excellent, but the rooms and general facilities could do with some freshening up.

The poperty was good may be earlier, but no maintance now, door was broken, key card was not working, dest staff are not professional

Dirty, doing only busess by earling money, NO MAINTENCE OF THE SERVISES

The size of executive room was too small.

I have booked the hotel for 2 adults and one child through your app. However they have charged again for my kids. Whenever I showed them them the booking documents and email for two adults and one kids thay asked me to contact with booking.com .. and I couldn't find a way to contact with booking.com.This is not acceptable.i will not reserve any hotel through booking.com

Location was good, breakfast was ok.

Staffs were not cooperative, service is not up to the mark.
