Treebo Glassotel Near Ruby Hospital

Location is good

Rooms are too small shown then in the picturesFood options they don't have much but force to eat inside food only which was not convincing at all

Lovely breakfast Staff behaviour niceAlways Ready to assist usTV entertained us....means working all channels ....happy to see IPL 2025 final

Ac less effective in one room

Location is very good near to market area.

The room was very small and the facilities were basic.

Location, food served at room service staff are sober. Try to offer you the best.

the cafe downstairs could have been better; the charges could be little less

Breakfast taste was passable

Ritik the manager was very rude. I dnt know who appointed these kind of pathetic guys in hotel industry.Charges 1000 extra above my booking charges

The location was good and they had room service, even though the menu was limited

The room was extremely small and lighting was less in the room. Hardly any sockets for hair dryer.and very little space to keep things. No hair dryer or amenities were provided. Had to ask for water and kettle. Bathroom sink was tiny and the bathroom was quite dirty.

It's a very good hotel. I travelled to Kolkata for the first time with my mother. We're just two ladies and from that stand point it was a good hotel, from safety and security. It is located in a very prime location so the location is also good. Also the staff was very helpful and polite. The manager is super helpful, since we're new to the city and we have some language barriers, everybody was good. Also they keep the rooms clean. Food is good.

All good.

Location is very good. Staff Is polite & helpful , Complimentary Breakfast is also good

Very good

The facilities as shown in the website such as toiletries, tea makers, etc were not readily available. We had to ask for it and then also they told that it was not included in the complimentary facilities. Later except the teamaker, they provided us the towel and the dental pack.

Liked the room and location

Food could be better. Complementary breakfast is limited to a portion.for this price range things could have been better.

Only pros are the location and the service.Except that paying 3k is not worth it.

They say toiletries ,toothbrush and Shampoo are there. But they won't tell you that you have to pay for the same and those are not in the room.Food is okish but eatable. There is complementary breakfast but don't expect something as eat as you want as there you will be given a single portion only and nothing more.you have to pay for it anyway if you want extra.also it felt pretty stale.

Freshness of room is not upto the mark, need some more care of linens

Food Taste & Quality was awesome. Well Hygiene Maintain . Room was Good Enough. It was good experience

Passable

Room was too small.. and bed was uncomfortable .. mattress in poor condition

Smooth Check-in Process , Coordinating Staff , Neat & Clean Rooms , Complimentary Breakfast.

Worst hotel

The rooms were not clean. Bed sheets were full of stains. The rooms as shown in the pictures are not that big. These are small 50x50 rooms. Had to leave the property and shift to new better hotel. One of my worst bookings. Will never recommend it to any one. My money is wasted

They cancelled my booking while I was at the hotel .

I had my this booking confirmed , and I had another booking with hotel and was staying with them , but in the day of check for this stay the hotel informed me there was no room and I had to rebook and make another booking. This is very irresponsible behaviour from hotel.
