Pros +
- Worst
- There was nothing to be liked for the property.
- There was absolutely nothing to like about the hotel.
Cons -
- It's the worst hotel in my life. Because the online price is different. We pay extra according to online price. The online price is 800 something and we have to pay 1400. So be careful.
- After 4 followups, I am yet to get the receipt of the booking, although I have been told multiple times that they would give me during checkout. There was also confusion of the booking amount, as it was showing lesser amount in booking.com website (from where I made the booking). The room was given on the ground floor with a stained bedsheet, bathroom and the room wasn't cleaned properly and they don't bother to clean also. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this property in future also.
- The bedsheets were not clean, nighter was the washroom. Above everything the location of the hotel was pathetic. Highly dissatisfied.

My expectations were modest, and the hotel excelled on almost all aspects. Rooms were or adequate size. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. Staff was friendly.
response time for room service can be improved a little. Otherwise, everything good
