Room and Facilities

Inroom Food choices are limited & expensive.Quantity or quality of food and prices doesn't justify.Inroom Dinning Menu - 1 Roti or Naan is Rs 290/-,cup of tea or coffee is Rs 260/- and the worst is a bowl of ice is Rs 360/- so food not recommended.

The breakfast buffet was huge, and delicious.

The dinner was a bit too elaborate and not at all value for money.

i paid for 6 people but the ask for extra money in the guest more than 3 ,

I liked greenery their clean pool and Villa of 2 bedrooms.i Like indoor games.staff behaviour was really good.

I liked restaurants and their foodAnd one thing i want to point but i dont want to write it here i will be happy if u call me and discuss.

The "bhoomi" restaurant person in charge was very friendly and always ready to help. The housekeeping staff from Medinipur, didn't get his name was very diligent in his work. The bar guy was attentive, efficient.Finally,the go cart guy who gave us a tour of the property.

All the dishes in the menu is overpriced. I mean a normal plate of rice is ₹500 approx which is really unreasonable. I have travelled a decent number during my life around the world but this was the most expensive plate of rice that I consumed! Secondly, you should have a cart service for all your travellers from room to reception and vice versa. It's really painful to walk in this hot summer and access the need to places.Lastly,I stayed in a two room lake villa 619&620, there was no proper remote for the air conditioners. The flush was not proper in one of the washroom's. The sofa/couch was full of dust. Most of the lights not working.

The hotel in general was a nice place to stay, clean with a really tasty breakfast. Rooms were clean and cosy with comfortable beds.

Our main problem was with getting the invoice for our business trip. We had to ask the stuff 3 weeks after we left that hotel to send us our invoice (we were told that the invoice will be send on next day after we left). Stuff ignored our messages and calls for nearly 3 weeks what caused a problems in our company. Also the location is bad, you can only travel with taxi to get there (so keep that in mind).

The food, most of the personnel was very nice except for one very rude manager

The two bedroom villas are disgusting to say the least, the one bedroom villa is decent but dirty.

At the end waiting too long in lobby for clearance . You don't believe your customer who is paying more than 10000 per day. U want to check room before you leave your customer. Absolutely ridiculous. This should not be the behavior of a host

Aqua villa was a good choice especially with the common area to sit.

Broken bath tub, short parapet wall height near terrace pool is dangerous, poor maintenance and messed up Christmas dinner.

The concept of the Vedic village estate, is great however the maintenance of the properties are extremely poor. It falls below basic standards and absolutely rubbish value for money.

Extremely Poor maintenance. I had booked The aqua villa but the rooms were shabby. Bathrooms had moulds in them, furnitures had stains of glasses and plates. The sofa in the lounge looked filthy and dirty. The pool had broken tiles. Overall rubbish state of the property at more than 5 star price. I paid INR 23000 for one night, for 6 adults and 2 children. Did not include breakfast or any food. I paid INR 10,000.00 for very basic quality food. It was a rip off to be honest.

The restaurants are good, although a bit pricey. Some of the staff are nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast is good.

The property is inadequately maintained, with notable deficiencies in several critical areas. The facilities, including Wi-Fi connectivity, the availability of hot water, and external catering options, are substandard and limited. During our stay, we attempted to order food via Zomato; however, the delivery personnel were prohibited from entering the premises. I subsequently contacted the reception, where I encountered an unprofessional attitude from the duty manager. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of sound control policies, as guests in the adjacent property partied and made noise until 2:00 a.m. despite our notification to the reception, which resulted in no apparent action. Additionally, two out of three televisions in our accommodation were non-functional, leaving us with only one operational smart television for our use.

Cheap tactics to push up revenue

We were charged for ice! OMG!!!In my 35 years of travel and over 1000 room nights and 5 years was as a hotelier I have never come across a situation like this.Totally cheapskate tactics to make money. There are better ways to earn.Food was far more expensive for a hotel of such nature (4 star property though they claim to be 5 star.

Food was excellent, especially the breakfast, property was huge with a beautiful temple

Bathroom had bathtubs that is not friendly for senior citizens...also the room had damp and was leaking with water seepage, that was really pathetic

Very serene environs

Poor staff service, eg making mistakes in taking dining orders; we had to ask the reception 5 times and wait 45 mins for.a buggy, etc. Prices of food (Rs 260 for a cup of tea) was extremely high, and quality very average.
