Second stop in two weeks, room so much better than first visit. Price very reasonable.

Liked everything.

For a stop-over stay, the location is great so close to the National Road.The check-in was quick and efficient. The staff, helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean, spacey and well laid out.Modern bathroom with a great shower. The pool was refreshing and the pool area allowed for relaxing.Dinner was great. Breakfast very tasty.Special mention to Waitron Stacey who was extremely helpful.The accommodation, restaurant, pool and grounds are all beautiful and well kept, and suggest that a longer stay is on the cards to allow for exploring the area.

Kitchem staff not friendly,had to wait more then 10 mins for assistance.asked kitchen staff for assistance bt blatantly ignores is. We ended up going to Wimpy for breakfast and that was a loss to the hotel

location was quiet. there was space to walk the dog. parking was right at the unit so easy to unload and load the car. we were able to eat outside with the dog with us.

Conveniently located right off the main road. There is an exclusive entrance to the KFC and farmstall at the backend of the motel premises, which allows you to easily and directly get food without having to navigate to it from the front entrance. Rooms have everything you need for overnighting while travelling and are cosy. Wifi was fine, and we streamed HQ YouTube with no issues.

We didn't have hot water for showering. This was a fault, and of course not something deliberate, and we reported it when leaving. It would have been nice to perhaps get a small discount on the stay because of this, but I don't think you could expect that from many businesses nowadays.Although the motel premises is clean and well maintained, the nearby areas are questionable - beggars in the streets, people drinking and causing commotion at the truck stops/fuel stations at night, etc. That said, the motel itself is walled-off, well protected, and has guards. Once inside the premises you aren't exposed to any of this and don't even know its there. So this isn't a concern at all.

Clean, spacious room, excellent location and great service

The rooms are very comfortable.

The restaurant was all closed up and we had to ask if it was open. It was very hot and the air on was off and all the doors closed. Not very welcoming.

Location was good for our purposes, rooms clean, aircon worked well.

Our fridge did not work and breakfast at their on site restaurant was terribly organised and very poor quality. Go across the road to the Chargo Deli which is apparently owned by the same people anyways but far superior.

Restaurant - food was great but took very long. Was not busy but still have to wait more than an hour for our food after a long day on the road.

Room had everything you need. Fridge and Aircon a huge help in hotter conditions . Room was very clean.

The restaurant was good but the manager was a bit sarcastic on her comments when asked about the grams of the meat as it was not stipulated on the menu. The waitresses however were very nice and helpful

Very happy with the room, ice cold aircon, needed that after the long drive. Great food and well priced.

All was in order except the tv has no signal. But it was a problem with all the rooms.

The rooms are very well kept and it's nice and clean.

TV is terrible, get better channels or change to smart TV so that customers may use their own dstv or Netflix accounts.The dogs are annoying while you sit at the restaurant.

Check-in was very efficient and easy. Each romm's allocated parking is right outside the door of the room which made unpacking and repacking in the morning nice and quick. The room had everything we needed for our stop-over, including a little fridge and freezer. The aircon was a welcomed feature as it was very hot when we were there. We felt safe and had a peaceful night's sleep. The beds were comfy. There were no noise disturbances despite all the rooms around us being occupied. It was very helpful that check-out could be done early so that we could get on the road first thing. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the restaurant and the food was great.

The bathroom was a little tight, mainly because the door opens into the small space so it makes it a little awkward to get inside and around the door. A door on a rail on the outside or inside may be an option as a space saver.
