The shower in our rooms had an overflow from another room. Very unhygienic. The elevator was very scary and made some strange noise, stopping un-level with the floor

The staff accommodated the various request effectively. The pool area was well maintained and even had welcome drinks this time. The request to move rooms was accommodated due to a faulty air conditioner.

The overall maintenance of the building is missing. The dinning area is very minimalistic with limitations on cutting knives and drinking glasses.

Staff was friendly and helpfull

The place need some serious renovations. It is old and not well maintained. Things felt sticky of oldness and we felt the dirt. Breakfast did not impress me either.

We would like a full refund that was deducted for this stay as we where inconvenience the room was not cleaned blood in toilet with no clean bedding and towels

It's was extremely unprofessional as this was not the first time we sent guest to stay at the hotel but was the first unhygienic encounter sies I would be disgusted to let guest see ? what they saw

The location was perfect for our bus.

The aircon leaked water into the room, and the TV remote did not work.

The bedroom was neat and spacious with good view,Service was good and staff friendly.

The shower was overflowing into the rest of the bathroom. The room was on the third floor and the lift unfortunately out of order. Being senior citizens, this was challenging with regard to carrying luggage to our apartment. There was a continuous droning noise coming from outside during our stay. Not sure if it was a generator or something similar nearby The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Bacon was dry and over cooked. The options very limited and not not worth the price we paid extra.

Shower in the bath. Curtain insufficient. For that price I need a shower stand-alone.No plug close to the bed.Elevator didn’t work and I stayed on the 4th floor.Everything was old.Matress too soft.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The one thing that truly made my stay unpleasant was the squeaky doors. Those doors squeaked almost all day because you can hear whenever people in the corridor or below opened the door. Not sure if it was just one particular door, or more.

The plugs dont work well, they are very old. I prefer an safe in my room

The rooms were clean, and the staff was always friendly. Since the lift was not working, they asissted our friends who were elderley to have a room on the ground floor. The aircon was working well.

reception was effective, helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, all the equipment worked and the beds and pillows were good. Lovely shower and complimentary soaps. The porter called after me to remind me about items i forgot in the room - i really appreciated this gesture.

only cremora with the coffee - it is known this is not good for one's health. The warm water tap in the bathroom was faulty and could not close properly. it would be good to have a small fridge in the room.

It was close to everywhere I needed to go, ( the adventure places)

I arrived 14h10 but then I had to wait for +-30 minutes in the waiting area because my room was still not ready, still needed to be cleaned. Lifts were not working, had to take steps to 4th floor. When I came in my room, it was still not ready, bathroom a bit dirty, pillows without pillow cases. It was very disappointing.

It was not properly clean. Sugar was all over the table. The cushions were old and the cover was warn out and horrible to sleep on. The duvet cover was not on properly and came off as we were sleeping. The staff were helpful and friendly.

All very good, property requires major renovation,,,, lifts not working, Ceilings dropping, aluminum sliding doors not opening,,,

On arrival we were informed that our room was not ready. I was abruptly told to sit down and wait. I enquired as to how long I must wait and told she had no idea as the laundry was not done. Eventually I was allowed into my room which resembled a prison cell. Photos to follow. No towels were provided. I enquired twice before any were sent up. Eventually I was told I could only have brown towels as there were no others left. I then enquired as to what time breakfast would be. I was informed that because I used Booking.Com I was not "allowed" to have breakfast. We attempted to sleep for one night in this place and were woken up continuously by slamming doors. We checked out with immediate effect the next day despite having paid for two nights.

The room was wholly none compliant with health and safety. Live electrics, smashed window. broken walls, open to the outside. Evidence of potential breakin to the room via the windown. Multiple cigarette stubs outside the window indicate this place is frequented by loiterers. My safety and that of my 10 year old child were at stake, hence we could not stay for the second night.

The property is old and in need of maintenance but for the price I was pleasantly surprised- staff were friendly and everything was processed swiftly and efficiently. The rooms are big and clean and comfortable- and with the central location, it was just what I needed.

They had an issue with laundry and I had to call twice to ask for clean towels. A minor inconvenience.
