Too Disgusting. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation.

I had to rent another hotel for our stay because Turnberry has multiple health hazards. It is falsely advertising as a 4 star hotel. The pictures online are nothing like what we walked into. It was absolutely disgusting. The walls were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn't close, there was a chicken bone on the ground outside the entrance to our room, curtains were torn in multiple places, carpets stained, bird feces everywhere on the patio and walkway which contains harmful bacteria. That was a shocking and horrible experience after traveling 5 hours. The room layouts were nothing like advertised in their website photos. We booked a family room that on the website showed a large open room with a bathtub, but we entered a dirty tiny room with a moldy small shower stall.

The service was amazing. The breakfast was filling and had a great variety. The manager, two servers in the morning and Jermaine made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend Turnberry Boutique Hotel.

The bed pillows should be a little harder a bit too soft for my liking but other than that everything was perfect.

Very centrally situated near to all attractions and amenities. Neat and tidy with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast!

The location of the hotel is good and within walking distance to some restaurants. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good spread and something for everyone.

Such lovely helpful staff! From the reception to the wonderful people in the restaurant, they were all fabulous!

A small issue … the TV reception and WiFi in the garden suite was non existent!

the toilet seat is a cheap knock off that anyone can break , there were paint marks on the carpet , the fines on the back of the door is rediculous and the pub wqs closed.

Had everything we needed and more and the staff are amazing. Pool was welcoming in the heat. Great aircon. Definitely be back. Clean rooms and truly enjoyed the garden rooms.

I last stayed at the facility 12 years ago, its gone way down from then, room was dilapidated, wifi was utterly useless

Easy to find, centrally situated near shopping centre and museum. Friendly staff.

we usually book hotels with a restaurant so we can have dinner there without leaving the premises. When we arrived here we found out that the restaurant only serves breakfast.A lot of noise from the upstairs rooms kept us awake for hours.

Warm beer in the Tavern, though to be fair they opened up just for us. A dirty pillow case, though it was very quickly and efficiently resolved. Very limited TV channels.
