The cottage, cleanliness, out facilities for kids, location is perfect if you are traveling from joburg to Garden route

Children's facilities were Excellent, they were kept busy for hours. Restaurant on site was very convenient, food was great and Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the resort and would definitely return.

The tyre zip line in kids playground has sharp metal edges where kids cut themselves numerous time. This can be grinded down to smooth so kids don't get hurt. Toilet cistern had water running all night which made a noise. That was all we could fault.

The staff were very friendly,they changed my room with any questions asked.Rooms were clean.Will recommend it.

It's a great overnight stay when you have kids and a little more time. The restaurant has great food with good prices. It's clean and cozy. Would definitely stop there again.

We received a friendly and helpful welcome. Profcon has a children playground and a coffee Cafe on the property.Parking was next to our room, off road withinthe accommodation premises.The location is good within walking distance to centre of town. The excellent Fossil Museum is highly recommended place to visit.We enjoyed excellent meals at "Hello You Restaurant" - thank you Brian.

The drinking water in the room was not what we are used to. However, better quality drinking water was easily available.

A really good stop-over with great facilities for children. Our son loved the zip line and adventure course.Comfortable beds and neat room. Clean drinking water was available.

Note that there is no backup power during loadshedding for the air conditioning, which is understandable, considering the very reasonable rates. However, lights were provided.

The bed was very comfortable - we are not used to a wooden floor, thus the sound when walking was a bit distracting at first.The staff was very friendly and accommodating - we felt like VIPs!❣️

No undercover parking, but that was expected.

Everything you need at one place. Central location. Lots of things to do foe kids.

The layout of the resort, being central and it offers a variety of things to do during your stay. restaurant on site as well as big kiddies play park and swimming pool.

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and needs replacement.

Went the extra mile in welcoming us after 8pm arrival on new years eve. With a warm welcome

Rooms were perfect. Play area for kids FANTASTIC. Lovely beds.Frienly reception,felt very welcome.

Our unit that we stayed in needs general upkeep, and bedding provided was a bit worse for wear.

Our wifi was poor quality, also beds were so far away from our tv, bigger tv would be nice some rooms are massive. But good stay thow, would come back anytime

Play area was great kids and dogs loved it. Wonderfully maintained historic buildings with friendly staff. This is great for families with kids and pets. We will make use of this property again.

It is time to modernize the units though

the rooms were exceptionally clean well equipped. the aircon was but on before we got there so rooms were nice and coolas the temprature was 38 %.there was ice in the fridge. There was ice cold drinking water in the fridge daily. clean linen every day.They have a 0cafe on the premises where breakfast , lunch and supper is served if you want, at reasonable prices. Very clean swimming pool. nice braai areas for each chalet. if you needed anything the staff and owners were very welling to help

NOTHING.Cannot say we have ever stayed at a place so well organized

The beds and pillows are very hard.

Lots of activities/play areas for the kids. All necessary utensils for an overnight stay, overall pleasant experience.
