- EXCELLENT service 'EXCELLENT security
- The staff. Service here is impeccable! From the entry guards, bellmen, and housekeeping to the front desk and especially the breakfast buffet staff in Asia Live (managed by I believe her name is hotel employee) is some of the best I've ever encountered.
- Good customer service at check in.
Cons -
- There is nothing to complain about
- The a/c in my room didn't seem to cool very well. Otherwise, this is the place to stay in Karachi. Forget the rest, stay at the best - Avari Towers Karachi
- Dimly lit rooms. Need more lighting Room service needs to pay more attention to orders given.
