The room size was great also staff was best and they welcome you very welll

The cleat staff was not cleaning the room every day. Even if you call the reception they will not show up. Ps. I was there five days they clean my room one time only so that is the only thing I donnot like it. Everything else was great

Amazing location 7 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi, breakfast had lots of options, room was clean.

Booked 2 suites but the rooms were incredibly small, service was quite slow from receptionists and houskeeping, but overall a decent stay.

Run down property considering how expensive it was, 4 star???breakfast had to go next door, told us different types of breakfast each morning , was not!! Same or similar thing’s every morning,total waste of money paid for breakfast, eaten 1-2times, didn’t bother after that went out and paid extra for breakfast , constantly humming noise from bathroom, ceiling had holes, stains,very dated and basic rooms, apart from that staff were very helpful

Not the cheap choise for us, but I think it worths every penny. Room was great, clean, and comfy. Breakfast menus were nice, although we must walk to other building. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

No toothbrush and toothpaste? I think almost all SA hotel don't provide them though.

The hotel has improved, stayed previously, and facilities and staff have improved. We booked two rooms next to each other, both were clean. Bathroom was a decent size and beds were comfortable. Water, tea and coffee provided.

Location can be difficult as it is a bit of a walk to get to the alharam. For the price we paid, approx 5000 sar, breakfast was included for the 5 days but breakfast is very basic, not a great selection at the buffet.

Pathetic location & quite sad no shuttle even though the room charges were higher than properties in the same league of 3 stars within 500meters and better rooms The reception staff doesn’t speak English, that’s really sad Not recommended for families as the area is congested & untidy

Wonderful hotel,10 min walking distance from Masjid an Nabawi.Nice room with big bathroom.Tasty breakfast.We very appreciate the generosity of the staff,they offered us early check in after a long night flight.

The property has a car park (two floors in the basement) but staff don’t allow you to park in there. As an alternate there’s limited parking on the front of the hotel or empty ground next to the building. Hotel management is recommended to work on it. It may be one-off but nobody came to make up the room besides leaving sign outside the door.

location was a bit far, 10-15 min. keep in mind that you will have to walk the distance 5 times a day. internet could have been better in the rooms.

The property was clean and well organised. It was a short flat walk from the main mosque the closest gate being 316. For the price I paid to the service I received was amazing especially considering I was checking in at 3am which is an awkward time
