You had to call the room service to do the room cleaning. They dont come themselves. Wifi service is unacceptable.

there was a water drop in my bathroom I complained to the staff three times for half day but ther was no respond untill night they changed the room.

very bad smell in the parking also high price. Inside the room looks old property. the screen of the TV was not working properly. the room had another door to the next room which i felt with non- privacy with my family.

Only location was good but with no parking for the us.

Staff was not courteous, secondly the room that was staying # 614, the water heater was not working and told the guys but nothing.Also my father forgot one of his dress in the cupboard, we tried calling the hotel number but all in vain, and nobody from hotel even bothered to call us back for the lost items found in the room.

Wifi connectivity issue in the room. Parking is paid and depends on the availability.

Prices were good, very near gate 235 of Masjid Nabawi, and eatables in the same building. The view in the corner room was awesome.

The bathroom smelled, no extra mattress for free, no free parking, Wifi signals don't reach in our room (7th floor)

Reception staff are sitting idle but telling to wait 20 minutes.since hours.

I arrived early in the morning and to my surprise, I was told that the check-in time is 4 pm. The receptionist promised that he will accommodate me with a room as soon as a room gets vacant. After waiting for almost 6 hours, i was told that even though a room is available but it cannot be provided because check-in time is 4pm. Finally, when i decided to leave the place, he alloted one room to me. This was very distressful to me. What will the property lose if they can extend the courtesy and allot the room after it got vacant ?

Close to Mosque

Too much busy lift, needs to wait for 10 minutes sometimes. Rooms were very dirty, linens were not cleaned, bad smells.

Location good for ladies, only if she wants to read out in sahaan. All the time reachability to the masjid, especially on Fridays when they close the ring roads and connecting side roads for pedestrians.

The welcoming staff was rude, especially receptionist having sadistic face without a smile.He was doing his job without humanity. Lift were awful, always full and too slow.They should be more lifts with good programming.

Had a bad experience, and as I reached to hotel at night 1am, it was disappointing.I would blame both, booking.com and Concorde dar al khair for my issue, It was related to duplicate payment.I made an online advance payment while booking, and when I reached Concorde Dar Al Khair they refused to consider my payment. Whereas it was showing on their record also as "guest paid in advance". I showed them by bank account, deduction messages but the staff was like a robot with no understanding of customer situation. The staff of concorde hotel was not properly trained to deal the customer in such situation. They show their worst side as I being a stupid who paid in advance.In my opinion they could have solved this with booking.com and instead of customer running after his advance payment, they could follow up with booking.com for whatever issue they had. As the payment was there with booking.com and record also showed that, even if concord hotel did not receive it.On the other hand, booking.com also showing himself as helpless, and can do nothing for me. Rather they asked me to contact concorde and ask the hotel to reply to booking.com message, it is rubbish. As I have paid in advance and they have nothing to loose, hence they both gave me significant stress at that time, and ruined my trip.After all, the duplicate amount paid by me is still not refunded.
