The staff are so nice and kind. The location is perfect. There was variety of food in the restaurants. The rooms were very clean as well.

The Breakfast staff was superb. The food was also amazing.

Water did not stay hot. Cleaning staff could use some patience . We had repeated knocking on our door as we were checking out. For the most part staff was great.

The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly special thanks to Akter and Shahid.

The Quadruple room was too small for 4 persons

Close to gate 320. 7-8 mins walk to the prophets mosque. Nice location and well kept and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of good options and omelette station too.Staff was attentive. Front desk was very nice! Comfortable beds.they also have a on site coffee shop.

No microwave in room. Low Shower pressure so some improvements needed.

Close the Haram, Mosque of the prophet .Excellent stuff & their service

Toilet design is not very convenient, to wash feet during Odhu is very difficult. Inside the shower cubicle, there was no water tap to adjust water & turn on the shower.Bidet water flow pipe vibrate violently during use

The location was super easy to go to the haram, clean and great customer service. Akter from breakfast was super great, really enjoyed seeing him for my breakfast along with the food severed

My bathroom shower water was not always hot.

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel restaurant staff were extremely kind and respectful. The main server was extremely friendly and helpful.

We went for an Umrah trip in September 2025. The staff were very helpful and respectful, they even gave us a complementary upgrade to rooms with a view of the Prophets Mosque.The place was clean and the rooms were spacious.The breakfast buffet was delicious! But the best thing about this place it it’s location, it is just steps away from the mosque and close to the women’s entrance.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly.And they had great selection in their breakfast menu.I forgot the name of the chef, but he made delicious food. Also, the room service was excellent.

Surpassed my expectations in customer service. Superbly located. Amazing breakfast. Nice tile decorations and insets and Islamic Calligraphy. Insha Allah will stay there again in the future.

The location right across from Masjid An Nabawi.Very clean. Extremely helpful and courteous hotel managers and staff. I have never encountered such incredible customer service. When I needed to purchase my ihram for my Umrah, one of the hotel staff accompanied me to a nearby store and helped me negotiate a good price.

Everything was great except for the distance to the rawdah which is challenging for the disabled unless you use a golf cart to get there.

Everything. Great location, professional, helpful and courteous staff. Superb breakfast buffet. Excellent value for lunch and dinner which you must purchase separately. Will come back there Insha Allah. I have stayed at many five stars hotel. Tulip Inn Dar Al Rawafid surpasses them.

The excellent location and personalized service. The rooms were clean and the value was excellent. Chef Foyaz make sure to give personalized service to each guest during breakfast and remembering their preferences the following day. Very pleased.

The rooms were slightly small, but the value was excellent and no complaints about anything else. I would definitely come back here inshallah

Location was Excellent. Breakfast was good.

Water staying on the bathroom floor. Improperly sloped floor. Bath area is so small with little space. It can be challenging to navigate in a small space, especially for heftier individuals.I'm more than 6 feet the towel rack on top hit my head and its kept right at the entrance of bath area.

Very good location and near to haram.Very friendly and professional staff, specially the very kind guy with great smile (his name is Akter) from the breakfast stuff. He was every day very helpful, motivated and really professional. Thank you Akter!

The rooms are not well separated from each other and often hearing conversations and noise from rooms beside. But this is not only in this hotel. Many hotels around haram have the same issue.
