- After reaching at the hotel the front desk guy told me that there is no room and he did transfer us to different hotel which is far from this hotel. That guy is very rude and unfriendly. his attitude was like I am begging something from him.

Hotel was very dirty. I kept having issues with my door. I asked them to clean their dirty carpet with crumbs on it. No one ever came even though I called several times the light fixtures were falling off over all feel of the hotel was pretty dirty

The carpet was extremely unclean. Left stains on your feet when walking on it, it was very uncomfortable due to that.
Right at our arrive, they mentioned that our reservation has changed to a different hotel where the receptionist couldn?t retrieve the reservation number, than asked us to go to a third hotel where we spent less than 6 hours before checking out.

They don't clean the room. It was in a bad condition. Loads of garbage behind the beds. No towels in the room. Safe wasn't working. They didn't clean the room for the whole duration of the stay. They didn't collected the rubbish. Horrible stay.

Max 1-2 star not 4.The floor was dirty. The hotel authority let the people have smoke in the hallway which is disgusting so it was suffocating in the hallway and also in the room. The locker was broken and was not usable. The experience was worst.
